Breakfast nook at bay window seats 4 people, formal dining table seats 6 people.

Grand Master en suite bedroom with super king size bed.

2nd Queen size Master bedroom with en suite.

2 further bedrooms both with twin beds and shared bathroom.

1 of the twin roonm has a X-Box with some games.

All bedrooms have TV and DVD with cable TV

PLEASE NOTE:- although the villa sleeps 8 we recommend the party size no larger than 6 for a more comfortable stay.

Grand Master en suite, double sink, private WC, walk in shower and jacuzzi bath.

2nd Queen Size ensuite, walk in shower, WC, this ensuite can be accessed from the pool/spa.

3rd bathroom, WC, shower located over bathtub.

Pool/Spa is North/West facing which means the sun shines covering the whole pool/spa all day

This villa is a wonderful base for a fantastic unforgettable holiday! Directions from the airport were spot on and all information regarding keys and alarms were perfect. The villa itself was like home from home! It is perfectly decorated and very Cosy. Plenty of room, beds were really comfy and our main bed was huge!! The games room was a big hit with the boys who loved playing pool. The swimming pool was immaculately clean and the kids had great fun with the ball and floats provided. Grandad even enjoyed the jacuzzi! Only 15 minutes drive to Disneyland parks, an hour from busch gardens. Check out main spot USA, wicked go-cart tracks!! Can't wait until we return 2014 (if not before!). Thanks to owners for loaning us your wonderful home.

Marvellous villa, immaculately maintained with a fantastic pool in a lovely secluded spot, great for sunbathing and relaxing. Enjoyed using the nearby tennis courts. We found the location to be perfect for the many wonderful golf courses and restaurants which Orlando is noted for. Would highly recommend and would return.

Just spent 2 weeks here and what you see in the pictures is what you get. Tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need. In a quiet location but close enough to the I-4 which will take you to all of the Disney Parks and more. This was our 6th visit to Orlando and it's definitely the best villa we've stayed in. Susan & Colin will be the first we contact when planning our next visit.

We have just enjoyed a fortnight at this beautiful villa. It is absolutely pristine, and a lovely layout. Susan was really helpful when we booked, and directions easy to follow. The villa is very well managed by the Management company. The location of the villa is great as it is an easy drive on the I4 to the parks, which meant some days we were able to have the morning at the parks, back to the villa for an afternoon swim and relax, then back to the parks in the evening. Kids loved the games room and the pool, and the pool deck is lovely and spacious. All in all it was a great holiday!

this was our second visit to colin and susans lovely home and it was still as beautiful as the first visit. as we have been visiting many years we decided not to visit the parks this time and relax a little more, it was great spending more time in the home around the pool which is fantastic, sun shine all day long on the pool what more could you ask for. visited logans and longhorn steak house fab and reasonable. also bought meal tickets in the uk for hard rock cafe for £14 each was a great buy. ivan from the management company is great will give you any info you require and keeps the home absolutely spotless. will be back again, thanks colin and susan.

We were delighted to find this 'gem' of a property at relatively short notice to going on holiday. Usually all the nice villas are long gone by then. On arrival, the property was immaculately presented & in reality was probably even better than the photos on the internet. We loved the layout, the furnishings & the decor. Having stayed at another property in the Shire at West Haven we knew that the location was great too. It's so convenient to the I4 & within a short drive of almost everywhere you would want to go. We enjoyed Chilli's at ChampionsGate for a great value meal & also enjoyed Vinito's, the Italian restaurant at Premium Outlets at the top of International Drive. A special word of thanks should go to Ivan, the Todd's property manager who was very attentive. It's obvious when you meet him that their villa is in great hands.

Well what can i say, From the website photos we expected the Villa to be really good.....It was soooo much better than that, just Perfect. The Villa was spotlessly clean and had evrything you could want and more. The location of the Villa is great, we never travelled any more than 15-20 Minutes and we went to most Parks & Outlets. Thank You Susan and Colin for your great advice prior to our Holiday. A big thank you also to Ivan & Christine the Management Company, always at hand when needed with no fuss and really nice Folk. Well i could go on with lots of positives but will end with a Big thanks for Letting us stay at the Villa.

The owner Susan could not have been nicer or more helpful in our run up to the holiday. Upon arrival, Susan’s directions were clear and easy to follow - the journey from the airport to the villa really is that simple! The villa is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a gated community, backing on to a small lake – very peaceful. I4 is about 5 minutes away, the parks are about 15 to 20 minutes away, and both east and west coasts are comfortably within 1 ½ hours each. Being in the well manicured area of Champions Gate added to the enjoyment of the holiday, as we drove ‘home’ down a palm tree lined avenue each evening. In my opinion the location could not be better. The villa itself is simply great – nicely laid out, beautifully presented and well equipped. Four double bedrooms and a large open plan living area gave us more than enough space to relax into. The pool and Jacuzzi are also spot on – we enjoyed using them every day as either a great start, or a relaxing end, to the day. The property manager Ivan was very friendly, and offered useful advice about a couple of the places we wanted to visit (thanks Ivan). The more I think about the villa, the more good things I could list. I would not hesitate to re-book. My only regret is that we’re not there now!!

A stunning villa from the moment you enter the gated community and pull up to the villa you know you will not be disappointed. The villa is everything it claims to be and far more. The Todd family could not present this villa any better and the management company are equally as conscientious. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa as it is ideally situated for the parks and restaurants. Well, what can I say! From the moment we made our enquiry with Susan, the owner, everything was an absolute pleasure. Booking was easy thanks to great communication. Finding the villa was no problem with the clear directions provided. When we arrived and opened the front door we certainly had the WOW factor! The villa is absolutely fabulous- clean, comfortable and stylish! We can not recommend this villa highly enough. We will definately return! Basically, we loved everything. The villa is perfect for anyone's holiday in Orlando. I must also say, the management was great- great communication and the villa was immaculately prepared. Many Thanks to the Todd Family for letting us live their beautiful home and being so helpful and friendly. XXX PS: We loved Yellow Dog Eats Cafe (No.1 Orlando restaurant on Trip Advisor). Please Google it and visit! It's really different! Also, Miller's Orlando Ale Houses are fantastic! There is one on the 192. Top tip around Christmas time- visit Universal after 6.00 PM. They stay open late, the carpark is cheaper and hardly any lines for the rides. Enjoy!!!

Dear Susan and Colin As you know, I had been searching for weeks for the perfect accomodation for our special holiday then I found your your gorgeous home. I was delighted to hear that you were not visiting it in October and that it would be available for our holiday. You could not have been more helpful, your directions perfect and we had the most memorable holiday. Your home is beautiful and very well looked after; I really hope we are able to stay here again as it was great to come back to. We were so busy at the parks that we didn't fully experience the games room which was a shame as it had everything...but our boys absolutely loved the pool - we would love to come back!! we have been coming to florida every year for the past 11 years, we have always stayed in a villa, colin and susans villa is beautiful one thing you can rely on is that what you see in the pictures is better when you arrive, the villa is in a fantastic location if you like the sun as it gets the sun from morning till night. and the leather sofa wow was great. our visit was from 2nd september to 16th september 2010. and we will deffinately be returning to this villa. once again thank you susan for letting us stay in your beautiful home. oh just like to mention the villa is 5 mins from I4 and the 27hwy so very easy to get to parks and restaurants like logans roadhouse a must. julie, david, thomas, rachel,

We have just returned from Orlando after a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa.Directions given to us prior to departure were perfect,you don't need a sat nav to find the villa or to get around Orlando.Susan and Colin were very helpful owners. The villa's open plan layout is ideal for families,it is spacious and furnished to a high standard and very clean.It's location is ideal for Disney etc, a genuine 10-15 min easy drive, yet it is in a well maintained peaceful development.We enjoyed it so much we're hoping to re-book!

Everything from booking it with Susan & Colin, who were so helpful, to arriving and staying in this villa was excellent. The villa is beautiful, spotless & well positioned. It's in a lovely gated community, within easy access to all the parks & malls. We all loved the pool and the children enjoyed the games room. We would definitely choose this villa next time we go to Orlando. We have stayed in quite a few villas in Orlando, this one is by far the nicest.

We stayed at this beautiful holiday home for 2 weeks in february 2010 and would highly recommend it to anyone. Prior to departure, the service and correspondence with Colin and Susan was excellent, friendly and informative. Detailed instructions and directions were provided, which proved to be brilliant at leading us from the airport directly to the front door. The home is fantastic, with luxury furnishings but also comfortable and really made our holiday, we found it much better than we could have ever expected. Everything was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition, a credit to the owners and management team. The Shires is clean and well maintained. We found the location ideal for us, close enough to anywhere we wanted to visit but also peaceful and quiet enough to relax. It is great to have somewhere comfortable to come back to after long days at the theme parks. The games room and heated pool were an added bonus and a big hit with the children. We will have no hesitation on returning to this holiday home for our future visits to Florida.
