Spacious 5 Bed Villa with Conservation View and HUGE DECK

As you enter this bright and spacious 5 bedroom villa, you initially walk into the open plan sitting area and formal dining area which seats 6. An archway leads you though into the kitchen, and then onto the breakfast area which has access onto the pool deck. The breakfast table seats 4.

The family room has a double high ceiling and gives access onto the pool deck. This area has been recently updated with new sofas and a flat screen TV.
 

On the ground floor you have two bedrooms which share a bathroom between. A queen bedroom at the rear of the house offers access to the pool, and the other bedroom has twin beds, making it an ideal family suite, for parents wishing to be close by their younger children.

The master bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and takes up the whole side of the villa, making a very spacious suite. The King Bed offers added comfort and the ensuite bathroom, has a soak tub, walk in shower and his and hers sinks.

On the opposite side of the landing there is an additional queen bedroom and twin bedroom and family bathroom, making an 2nd ideal family suite.

The garage has been converted to a gamesroom, with a pool table, table football and air hockey to amuse children of all ages.

The south west facing pool offers a fabulous place to relax and soak up the Florida sun and enjoy the fabulous view overlooking conservation, with many sun loungers, tables and chairs your family will feel very comfortable. Pour a glass of wine, put your feet up and enjoy the sunset!

For your convenience there is also wireless internet and free international landline calling in the home.

Highchair, travel cot and lightweight pushchair provided.

This is our first time in a Florida villa, but our 3rd visit to Orlando. We enjoyed our stay in this exeptionally comfortable home. The villa has everything we need.

Fantastic villa, with everything you could wish for, PERFECT! Would love to come back next year, as their so much to see and do. Anyone who comes prob feels like us - gutted to have to leave!
