The Sanctuary at West Haven 4 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath Luxury Villa

There are two lounges.  The quiet lounge is situated at the front of the house this is comfortably furnished with two sofas, coffee table, lamps etc.  This lounge is ideally suited to get away from the hub of the house and for some often well needed of peace and quiet.

The main lounge is situated at the back of the house with patio doors leading out onto the pool deck and pool.  The lounge is fitted with two large sofa's, arm chair, foot stool, 52" Cable T.V. DVD player.  This lounge is large enough to facilitate a full house of people .  We have free internet access.

The kitchen sits just off the main lounge.  It is fully equiped including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. 

There is a separate upstairs utility room which accommodates the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

There are two dining room areas. 

The small breakfast dining room is set just off the kitchen with sitting for 4 (ideal for keeping an eye on the kids).  We also have two highchairs (which are free of charge).  There is also a breakfast bar with 3 stools.

The main dining room is ideally suited for entertaining or can be used as an overspill dinning area.  It can sit up to 8 people.  This dining room is set to the side of the house which a bit quieter and again is a great bonus if there are two family groups in the house and you just need to have a bit of your own space.

All four bedrooms are located upstairs.  The Master Suite has a King size bed with a large ensuite bathroom which includes a large shower and bathtub.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bath/shower.  The further two bedrooms have twin beds.  We have a themed Spider Man Room for the little uns.  There is a further bathroom which can be shared between these two bedrooms.  All bedrooms have their own Cable T.V  with numerous channels!  We have two cots which are free of charge.

The ensuite bathroom connected to the master suite is spacious and includes a large walk in shower and bathtub.  There are also his and hers wash basins.  The second ensuite is fitted with a wash basin and bath/shower.  The third bathroom is of a good size and is fitted with a single wash basin and  bath/shower.  All three bathrooms are located upstairs. 

There is a downstairs toilet/cloakroom for convenience and a small  toilet and wash basin on the pool decking area.

The large games room is fully equipped with a large pool table, large air hockey table, basket ball, darts board, football table, music centre (so please take your favourite C.D.s) small sofa and casual table.

Our Private Pool is "P" shaped.  It is West facing getting the morning sun from around 9.30 and then for the rest of the day/evening.  If you are an early sunbather the garden are on from the pool area is ideal for this.  For those of you who like a bit of shade there is a shaded covered area just outside the patio doors. 

There are four sun loungers and a table and chair set for four. 

The Patio doors leading out onto the pool area is fitted with a child alarm (and my goodness you will hear it) and pool safety fencing. 

Outside of the pool and decking area is a large grassed area.  This garden area is ideal for that early sun and first cup of coffee in the morning.  

The villa has no rear neighbours.  The two villas set on either side are stepped to provide some privacy.

The large double garage has been converted into the games room.  There is a parking area outside of the garage for two cars.

A great villa with everything you could need for a great family holiday. The pool area is not overlooked and is great to relax in before or after a visit to the parks and the gamesroom has everthing needed to keep the kids happy. The villa is just as it appears on the website and is very clean and spacious. Paul and Sue made the whole booking process effortless and we would not hesitate to book this villa again in the future. The Sanctuary itself is a lovely area which is very quiet and is only minutes from the I4.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had come to the perfect holiday home. The house is immaculatley maintained and furnished to a very high standard. It really does have everything you need during your stay. The location is ideal, within easy reach of HW27 & I4 with all the theme parks being a short drive away. Having visited florida 7 times before, this villa was by far the best we have stayed in. Paul and Sue made the whole process of booking a breeze and made sure we had all the information we needed to make the best of our holiday. We have just spent a lovely three weeks at this comfortable home. Sue and Paul were very helpful and prepared to answer any of my mad questions before we went! We loved the pool area and even with 8 people in the villa, we never felt cramped. It is an easy drive to all the parks too. I would highly recommend the property.

An excellent location, just located 2 mins from the I4, making Disney/universal such an easy drive. This villa has everything you could need, very spacious and excellent facilities. The pool and seating area are not overlooked making this an added bonus. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone and the cost is very reasonable for this luxurious home.

If you want a great location, a great Villa and plenty of space then this is the property for you. The owners are extremely helpful answering any queries with great communication. 3 of us stayed for the first time last September and loved it so took the rest of our family back in May 2010. Even with 8 of us there was oceans of space. Easy access to all the parks being only 5 mins from the I-4, we hope to book it again for next year.

We have stayed in 4 different villas around the same area as this one and it is the best one we have stayed in. As a family of five, one of the best things about the villa, was that the master bedroom is upstairs and this helped the kids to relax knowing we were not too far away. in our experience most villas in Florida have the master bedroom downstairs. We happened to get stranded on our stay due to the Icelandic volcano and the owners kept in constant touch which took a lot of pressure off us. With 3 fussy eaters we always struggle to find somewhere to eat out where we can all agree, but Bob Evans is great value for money and the kids love it, there 2 situated on the 192. I mentioned the owners earlier and they kept in constant touch with lots of information prior to our holiday.
