The Manors at West Haven Luxury 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Orlando Villa

We first stayed in this home last year for 2 weeks. We were so impressed with everything, we immediately booked our return stay for March 2024. The home, pool & spa are fantastic. Donald & Irene are wonderful hosts and clearly take pride in this vacation home. Donald is prompt in his response with all communications we’ve had. We’ve already planned our return trip for next year.

Have just returned from 2 weeks here and it was perfect. The villa was gorgeous, clean and very spacious, comfortably fitted 6 adults and 2 young children. Pool was lovely and the surrounding pool fencing was completely secure-which was great, especially with a one year old. Donald very kindly permitted us a later check-out which was much appreciated with 2 young children. Having visited Florida many times over the years, the location of the villa was ideal and quiet. Donald kindly returned our security deposit very quickly and was very helpful in providing all the villa information including written directions from the airport, which was really helpful. We would not hesitate to book the villa again and hope to do so in the future!

Very sadly have just retuned home from a 9 night stay in Donald's Villa. Any queries I had with Donald before arrival and also during stay were answered very quickly. The Villa itself was perfect, clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need plus more. We had a slight issue with pool heat, this was resolved by the management company within the hour, we also loved the fact the pool area is not overlooked at all. The Villa is in a great location, 5 mins away from Champions Gate with its Bars/shops and restaurants. We have stayed in a few villas over the years and this is most definitely one of the best. Highly recommend.

This villa is in a great location and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. It is ideal if you are visiting the theme parks as is a short distance from the I4 at Championsgate. The villa itself is clean and tidy and obviously well looked after. A very spacious, well equipped villa set in a nice location about 20 minutes from Disney. Four couples each having their own bedroom and bathroom was a bonus. Large pool and games room. It was clean and well maintained, well worth considering if planning to visit Orlando.

This is a great location to be away from the parks but is within 5 minutes of Champions Gate with a supermarket, chemist and lots of restaurants. The villa is stunning, very modern and extremely clean. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool area is great and my kids loved it. The location is great especially for Disney. We found it very easy to find our way about and it was only a few junctions to all the Disney parks. Championsgate centre is a couple of minutes drive away and has lovely restaurants (Millers is advised) and supermarkets, pharmacy and fast food restaurants. The owners are lovely and very easy to contact. We stayed during Hurricane Ian. Donald and Irene were constantly in contact with us throughout, making sure we were safe and had everything we needed. They kept us up to date with everything that was going on and made us feel reassured. Would stay again in a heartbeat and cant wait to return.

From start to finish the whole process of booking through to arrival was easy and Donald provided all the information necessary to book in a timely and customer friendly way. My husband and I have just spent a week in this fabulous villa. The correspondence from the owners was first class and directions etc on how to find the villa upon arrival were spot on. Everything was spotless and there was nothing it didn't provide (apart from a cooler box, which would have been useful). Will definately stay again, hopefully with the grandchildren next time.

This villa is ideal for a Disney holiday. In a great location a short distance from shops, gas and food. Straight drive to Disney parks. Very spacious inside and more than enough room for families or groups. Pool was a good size and worth the money for heating. Having stayed in Donald & Irene's villa 4 years ago I knew that there was nowhere I would rather stay when returning to Orlando for the 2nd time. The villa was just as stunning as I remember it. All rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings & everything is very well maintained. The pool area is gorgeous & great for any time set aside for relaxing! The location of the villa leaves the pool area feeling very private & the view is absolutely beautiful. This was my partner's first visit to Orlando/the villa & he was absolutely blown away by how great it was. The location is great - situated within a beautiful gated community & very close to the parks as well as plenty of restaurants and shops that leave you spoiled for choice. Donald & Irene are great to deal with - very quick to answer any queries & sent over all information you could need before flying out. We used the directions provided for our drive from the airport to the villa & they were extremely easy to follow, making the commute very straightforward. There was further information available in the villa itself from both Donald & Irene & the management company that provided all information you could need on the villa, appliances, the local area & what to do when checking out. Being lucky enough to stay in this villa definitely made an already great holiday even more special. We cannot wait to return one day.

We stayed here and few times and can't wait to come back. The location is great in a very well kept gated community with easy access to Theme Parks, restaurants and shopping. The home is very well kept and clean, well equipped and with very nice comfortable furnishings. The pool/spa area is fantastic and private as not over looked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Donald and Irene’s lovely villa. House was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The carpets and furniture were high quality and looked quite new. The highlight for us was the pool area - it’s so peaceful and completely private. The garden attracts so many butterflies it felt like a sanctuary. We are just back from a two week stay at Donald and Irene's fantastic villa. We loved everything about it. On approach its really pretty from the outside. Inside the open plan layout is huge! Good size bedrooms, bathrooms etc. and so clean. Great size pool, jacuzzi and deck. We had no issues with the pool, lovely and heated every day. The deck gets the sun from sunrise to sunset. The view is quite a dense wood now with tall trees compared to the photos so maybe a more up to date photo would be good. We loved the privacy of it though and it doesn't shade the sun at all. The only negative was having to leave the villa but we hope to return in 2021.

Third time staying at this villa and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! It really is perfect. The Manors is a lovely quiet little close and I think this villa has one of, if not the best spots on it. Its so private which is so important for us as a family, the large south facing pool, the spacious living areas not too mention the huge bedrooms and bathrooms, and all immaculate. I particularly like the fact that you can see all the main areas from the pool deck (which is a fantastic size), so when the kids were inside and we were sitting outside you can still see them. The location of the Manors is great and Champions Gate is a lovely area with more restaurants appearing every year, also such easy access onto the I4 to get you to all the parks. Thank you Donald and Irene for making our third stay with you as enjoyable as the first, and if available next time we visit Orlando there definitely would be a fourth. We didn't want to leave....says it all really!

Excellent communication with Donald prior to staying at the villa,with clear directions given. This was our 10th trip to Orlando and after a drive up from Miami the villa was a welcome sight. Absolutely spotless, with a very private south facing pool and so so spacious for our family of four. The surround sound system was fabulous when watching a movie in the evening. We had to contact the management company about the air conditioning which was dealt with efficiently . Would definitely recommend this villa to others

This is a very comfortable villa in a great location. The villa has a south facing pool with sun all day which is not overlooked. As a previous reviewer has stated the view from the pool is now of a mature wood and vegetation which adds to the feeling of privacy. We enjoyed returning to the villa on an evening after a night in the parks and sitting in the pool to cool off. The furnishings are very clean and extremely comfortable as is the villa in general. We thought the location was ideal, as it was 10 - 15 mins to Disney and 25 mins to Universal. Restaurants and supermarkets are around 5 mins drive away. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and look forward to returning at some point in the future.

I would highly recommend this home it had everything we needed and more and was perfectly situated to enjoy all orlando has to offer. Very easy to find from the directions Donald had given us.The Home was spotless clean. We really enjoyed the pool area so relaxing with beautiful views . We have stayed in other homes in Davenport and this was by far our favorite because of how nicely decorated it was and the layout was just perfect for our family.

Just back from 2 weeks in this lovely villa. The photos on the website are not recent and do not do it justice. The lounge has been updated and the view out back is far more lovely, with the trees, hedges and flowers now well established. Secondly the ‘H’ design of the villa is ideal, providing real privacy when sitting out by the pool at sunset. Also the little touches such as wash liquid and dishwasher tablets were appreciated. West Haven in general is a superb and beautifully maintained location, with Burford Circle immaculately landscaped. It’s a 5 minute drive to restaurants, Publix etc and the I4. Depending on traffic on the I4 it’s around 15 minutes to Disney and around 30 minutes to Universal. Having stayed in various Florida villas, including 4 in West Haven generally and this being the second on Burford Circle, this is our new Villa of choice when staying in Orlando. Will certainly return if it’s available.

Communications from Donald & Irene were immediate and nothing too much trouble. Directions and entry details were supplied to us when we had paid the balance, this is something that we normally have to chase when booking with others. We did not have to trouble the management company about anything. The directions to the villa were spot on although we have stayed in the same estate for the past 4 years in different villas. The villa on entering was lovely and clean, lights had been left on for our arrival and it felt welcoming. We had paid extra for pool heat and this was obviously turned on well before our arrival. The pool area is very spacious and was clean with plenty of chairs to relax in after a days shopping or at the parks. We would highly recommend this villa and would happily stay again.

This was our 3rd time booking this villa with Donald and Irene and once again we had a brilliant time. They are always so helpful with directions and information about the villa, and when we needed to amend our last booking they made it so easy. The villa feels like a home away from home, and has always been clean and well maintained over the years we've been coming here. It's situated in a great area near shops and local eateries, and is close to all the parks but far enough away from the hustle and bustle for those days off by the pool. And due to the layout of this villa, the pool is one of the best features as it is a sun trap and incredibly private backing on to a conservation area. If we return to Florida again in the future, we know exactly where we will be looking to book.

This clean and spacious home was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything you need for an extended holiday was available. The pool was great and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Having two identical master suites was really lovely. There is a Publix and Walgreens very close by and the Disney Parks are a short drive away.

This was a holiday break for 3 girlfriends looking for relaxation by a pool and jaccuzi, close to shopping and restaurants with a little sprinkle of Disney. We got everything on our list and more, the location was perfect, 5-10 minutes from numerous restaurants, Cracker Barrel being our favourite, same journey to Publix supermarket and great shopping again 10 minutes away at Posner Park. Disney Springs and The Boardwalk were great for an evening out and were 20 minutes away. When not shopping and enjoying the local attractions we spent many hours in the lovely warm pool and relaxing jaccuzzi with only the trees and wildlife to look at. Two great Master suites meant plenty of space to spread out and of course a bathroom each. Would definitely recommend West Haven as a great location for everything

We have just returned form our second stay in the this lovely villa and have already booked to stay here again next year. Donald and Irene are very easy to communicate with and reply to any questions quickly. It's a fantastic, quiet, spacious, private and not over looked villa. We loved the south facing pool and spa with a great view out into a wooded area. It also has a under cover shaded area for a break from the sun. The villa is well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. Great location with easy access onto the I4 for all the Theme parks. Lots of restaurants and Publix supermarket nearby at Champions Gate and plenty more options in the other direction towards the 192. We can't wait to go back!

Just returned from a fantastic family break in this lovely villa. The villa is huge, totally private and the photos don't do it justice - it really is a lovely house. The location was second to none, close to everything you would need. The pool was superb, totally private, kids loved the lights on a night time, and watching the wildlife out the back. The property is in an ideal location, especially if it is a Disney based holiday you are going for. It is only 25 mins from MCO airport and 20 mins from the Disney parks by car. The area surrounding the house is ideal – there are 3 good restaurants and several other necessities within 2 miles e.g. a well-stocked supermarket, chemist, petrol, fast food etc. The property itself lies in a security coded entry estate which is well maintained with a small children’s play area and full size tennis court. It is situated on the outside of the area with views on to conservation grounds and the design of the property means it is secluded and quiet. The building itself is in a U shape with the large heated pool and jacuzzi in the middle. The 2 main bedrooms are on either side of the U and each has direct access to the pool as well as another 2 access points from the main area. Each of these rooms are very large and spacious with superb en-suite facilities. The 3rd room has twin beds and is massive. It is at the front of the property – ideal for teenagers looking for some space of their own. It has its own en-suite. The 4th room is also twin bedded (again with own en-suite) – it was in a Mickey Mouse theme and the younger ones loved it! The main living area is large with ample seating and a superb surround sound system. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped and easily seats 8. The kids also loved the converted garage area housing table tennis, snooker and air hockey tables. The house is very clean, well equipped and maintained to a high standard. All in all I would find it very difficult to find a more suitable property for a party of 8 looking to have a superior base to enjoy all that the Florida area has to offer.

We stayed here for 21 nights and the moment we opened the front door we knew we had made the perfect choice for our stay. The layout was perfect, with the living room, kitchen and dining area set in a huge open-plan layout giving plenty of space. The photos on the website really don't do justice to the villa’s size - it is truly spacious. The pool is fully enclosed and it gets the sun most of the day with a large lanai to give shade when it got too hot. It is a small, quiet gated community and we hardly heard noise from anyone else. Great transport links with shops just a short drive away. The villa owners, Donald and Irene, were so helpful we have already recommended this property to friends.

This was our second time staying in this villa and I would stay again. The owners reply immediately to any correspondence or questions you have and provide ample information for you including directions to the villa from the airport. The villa is very well kept, clean and tidy with so much space. We were so surprised by the space when we entered it was a real wow factor. We loved having the 2 suites as was ideal for us 2 couples. Beautifully designed throughout. You are always apprehensive when booking a property, however we never experienced any concerns from our initial inquiry to our return home. We had a mixed age party and the property accommodated all our needs. Spotlessly clean,well equipped and in an ideal quiet location. This villa is perfect. From the very clear instructions for arriving, to the amazing number of towels available, the theming in the twin room for kids and the beautiful pool, a lovely place to spend time. It's a true home away from home. The location is great for Disney, not too close but no more than 30 minutes from any park and away from the hustle and bustle of International Drive. Also no more than 45 minutes from Universal and a similar drive time to/from the airport. Our kids loved not just the pool but also the games equipment in the garage. The Manors is a quiet residential suburb, perfect for a family holiday. We would love to stay here again.

406 Burford Circle is an excellent property. Close to Champions Gate, it is conveniently situated for all your shopping needs with Publics and Walgreens, and several restaurants to chose from. The property itself is clean,bright and very spacious.It is beautifully furnished and comfortable-a real home-from-home. The pool and games room provided lots of entertainment for the days when we weren't visiting one of the many theme parks or shopping outlets nearby. I would be very happy to recommend this property for a great family holiday.

Right from the outset the information we recieved was first class making the journey from the airport to the property easy. The villa was very well prepared and looked after by a good management company. We found the villa brilliant, great layout, plenty of space and in a fantastic location. For us the outstanding part was the pool and outside area, eating breakfast in the sun, privacy nobody looking on and the great outlook watching the local wildlife.

My family and I have just spent 3 glorious week's in Florida staying in this great house. It is located on a quiet street within a nice gated community, with a supermarket, take away's, pharmacy and petrol within a 5 minute drive. Disney parks, Sea World etc 20-40 minutes away depending on traffic. The house has everything you will need, large bed rooms, great lounge and dining room, not to mention bathrooms galore. There is even a games room to entertain the kids in the evenings and odd wet days. The pool is fantastic, on the very hot days our kids wanted to leave the theme parks and go back to the pool have fun and cool off. All in all a great place to stay in great location, we would highly recommend it. Thanks Donald and Irene

We would happily recommend this fabulous villa home- it is a lovely large villa, with a fabulous pool and garage games room. Plenty of room for all the family. This was our second time in this villa, we love the privacy of the pool and the ease to travel to Disney (20mins max), Universal and Legoland. The accommodation is clean, tidy and well equipped for a large group, and the owners provided detailed information prior to our arrival.

I stayed in this fantastic villa in May with my husband and our two children age 7 and 5, WOW. We researched a lot of villas before we found this, I'm so glad we did, its even better there than the fabulous pictures show it to be! It's also really easy to find from I4. The layout is perfect The kitchen, lounge and bedrooms are perfect, so large and well equipped The bathrooms are perfect The pool and tub, perfect (kids loved it) and the view...of course, perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean and the carpets were new. The parks, grocery shops and main road all within easy reach and Champions gate and West Haven is beautiful a lot nicer than other areas. It was a shame when our two weeks were up and we had to leave. Donald and Irene were a pleasure to deal with and answered all my questions in super quick time, thank you. This villa will certainly be the first place I look to see if its available next time we visit Orlando, I would and already have recommended it to other people who are planning to travel to Orlando.

We returned to Donald and Irene's villa at The Manors this spring after having an exceptional stay last year. We chose to return again as we knew we would be disappointed in choosing somewhere else. The internal layout and spaciousness, with a very private and sunny outside courtyard pool area, make it a really special place. With the recent upgrades and improvements made just before our arrival we walked into a virtually brand new villa. Our daughter and son in law joined us for a few days whilst they were in Florida and their first impression was - "Wow"! It was also their parting word to us as they left. Location is also important to us as we don't want to be either too close or too far from the Parks and amenities - this villa is perfectly located very close to Champions Gate, the I4 and the 27 - it is so easy to get to anywhere - quickly. We have stayed in many villas over the twenty or so years we have been visiting Florida - so believe us when we say this is a top quality place to stay; we would not be returning if it wasn't!

This villa is lovely wether you are one family or two. We shared with friends ( 7 of us altogether) and the villa was a great size to be able to do this loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. The pool being a great size for everyone to enjoy and had the sun most of the day, lovely and quite and being a corner plot had a great outlook on the back. It is set a bit further away from the parks but well worth travelling the few extra minutes. We have been to Florida at least five times now and this villa is by far the best. Our thanks to Donald and his wife for letting us rent their villa for the three weeks.

This is is a really nice villa, which is close to Disney and located in a nice quiet area not far from a supermarket. The other parks are about 25 mins drive and easy to access via I4. The villa is well equipped, nice pool area and the air con works a dream. Would definitely stay again.

We find that this villa layout is very spacious, especially for more than one family. We loved to have the sun from early morning until late evening around the pool area which was just fabulous. Villa at The Manor, West Haven. Having taken our holidays at many rental properties over the years on our numerous visits to Florida, this villa has to be one of the very best that we have had the pleasure to stay in. Looking at the description and photos on the website, the villa looked perfect for just the two of us. And it was. Booking was very easy and we found the owners a pleasure to deal with. They had our dates available - so all we now wanted was to get there! We noticed as soon as we arrived at the villa that unlike may holiday homes; it had obviously been furnished to a very high standard with many extras and nice touches that made most of the other properties look bare and uninviting. Every room was spotless and nothing was out of place; a credit to the owners and their Management Company. The villa is spacious, with large bedrooms, good sized bathrooms, a huge open lounge (with a just as huge TV) and a pool area that we found hard to tear ourselves away from; this is the real "jewel" of the villa. The large pool deck had plenty of loungers & chairs for us and being a courtyard design was it very private. Was usually bathed in sunshine throughout the day on our visit, although we did retreat to the covered lanai for some shade when things got too hot; took many a dip in the inviting pool and treated ourselves to a few spins in the Jacuzzi as well. We loved the outlook from the deck, with no adjacent properties being too close for comfort. The villa is located in The Manor at Wet Haven, a secure, gated community located not far from Highway 27 and in what we have become to firmly believe as being at the "right end" of the cluster of existing and new developments along the 27; go further north and you become a little isolated. The Manor at West Haven is at the "south end" as we call it, so it's close to Interstate 4 and Country Road 532 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) where, at Champions Gate, you will find a superb Publix Supermarket, a Subway, gas stations, etc. The community is compact, well placed, nicely laid out and maintained to high standard - all good reasons why we are attracted to it. So to sum up, we found that this villa met our needs perfectly and made our holiday the pleasure it was; we appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay something a bit special. We already want to arrange our return visit; we do not want to be disappointed should we choose a villa somewhere else and think – “We should have gone back to the villa at The Manor!”.

this was our second stay in this lovely home.we were there in 2009 with one son and his partner.this time there was 8 of us including 2 grandaughters , elise aged 4 and lola 10 mnths. we stayed for 3 weeks this time and could quite easily of done another 2. the home is so relaxing and comfortable after busy days at the parks or shopping. being nov we had the pool heating on and it was perfect temperature all the time.i would reccomend this villa to anyone wanting a beautiful location and comfortable surroundings.we will be staying here again with our family just as soon as we can save up the money.many thanks for letting us stay in your home donald . all the best for christmas and the new year, steve.

We recently stayed in this villa August 25 - September 08 2013, we have know been to Orlando six times and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. The pool area is fantastic, a large private pool- the biggest we have seen, plenty of comfy pool furniture and outdoor space with beautiful views. The villa is a real home from home with every thing you could need in it. The location is brilliant; a safe environment and estate, minute's from a Publix and restaurants and the I4. We have stayed at villas before that have looked closer on a map but driving wise this villa was much closer to all the theme parks and therefore made the whole holiday so much easier. We have stayed here before, what a joy to return! This villa is perfect for a family (or 2), or as we were this visit just us two. Previously we were 3 generations, the layout and dimensions of the villa were absolutely perfect! The location is idyllic and only a few minutes from all facilities, plus access to the I4 where all the parks and malls are within 30 mins. This perfect villa without doubt is one of the most well located with Conservation views to the rear giving perfect privacy. Fabulous villa and weather - ideal!!
