5 Bedroom 4 Bath Luxury Villa in The Estates at Legacy Park

The Family Room is at the centre of the villa, an open plan concept to the kitchen. It has a triple sliding glass door that walks out to the Large Covered Lanai for outdoor dining and pool deck area.  The Family room has a huge sectional couch and is super comfortable and lots of room for stretching out and watching the 52 inch TV after a long day at the Parks.  There is also a Living Room with a comfortable couch and a 42 inch TV which also has a walkout to the pool area.

 The Villa has a fantastic kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully open to the Family Room so the chef can join in with the rest of the family activities.  There is a breakfast bar with four stools, huge island work space and lots of counter space and cupboards for storage.  All pots, pans, dishes, cutlery etc are provided. We also have small appliances such as toaster, blender, slow cooker, pizza pan, roaster for your use. 

There is a formal dining Room in the Villa that seats six people just off the Kitchen, or you can dine in the breakfsat nook with a table for four.  If you prefer you can sit at the bar in the kitchen also, so lots of seats for everyone.  Under the Large covered Lanai there is also an outside dining table that seats six with really comfortable chairs.

The Master King Suite is also a walk out to the pool area, large en-suite with dual shower and a soaker tub, double sinks and extra large vanity.  The second Master Queen suite has a full tub/shower ensuite bath . The 3rd bedroom is a queen size bed with a full bathroom adjacent with double shower, this bathroom also has an exit to pool area. The 4th bedroom has bunkbeds with a double size on the bottom and a single on the top.  The 5th bedroom has two twin beds. The 4th & 5th bedroom share a full tub/shower bathroom.

The Games Room is in the garage, it has a Dual Electronic Basketball Game that provides hours of fun. There is also a pool table and darts board.

The Backyard of the Villa is truly Fabulous!!  it has full privacy  screening on the side with neighbours, it has a Large covered Lanai ,  Extra Large Pool and lots of really comfortable Loungers and chairs.  The Pool also has a private Spa.

There is a portable crib with sheets and blankets, highchair and umbrella stroller for your use.

We have visited Florida annually after selling our own villa in 2005. Therefore we have stayed in quite a few properties of varying standard. I agree with Paula & James that this is one of the best villas we have stayed in. We were a family of 6 adults & 2 friends and the villa had everything we needed and never felt overcrowded. The three master suites were great. Wi-Fi was available after a little technical problem. We also agree with the Duffy family that the pictures on the website don't do it justice. Amanda’s communication was good and understanding, even when we had a little banking mishap. We would definitely stay here again if we had a large party!

We have holidayed in Orlando a few times and have to say that this is one of the best villas we have stayed in. We are a family of 4 (Hubby, Me & kids aged 11 & 13) and found the villa very spacious, clean and well furnished. The villa has everything you need, a well equipped kitchen (although must admit we dined out all the time so didn’t venture passed making toast?). Laundry room and plenty of towels for the pool, games room (darts, Pool and addictive basket ball game), great living areas with big TVs and wii console for chilling out or watching the Sunday night game. Bedrooms good with comfy beds and either had ensuite or a bathroom right beside them. The master bedroom is great and leads straight out to the pool to take in the amazing Florida sunrise/sunset. The pool area is great with plenty of seating and the Jacuzzi is great for relaxing in after a hard day in the parks. The pool area is screened to so gives plenty of privacy and is not overlooked either and the Pool guy visited regularly to make sure everything was okay. Wifi is also available so you can keep everyone up to date on Facebook on what a great holiday your having. The villa is perfectly located to, with Publix and Walmart within 5 minutes on highway 27. Loads of restaurants on 192 (Olive Garden, Longhorns, TGI’s, Cracker Barrel etc) and the parks easy to reach via I4 (20 mins max) the Malls are about 30 mins away. Big thanks to Amanda, you have a great villa and we would definitely stay again.

Amanda communicated well on payments and questions regarding the villa. The pictures don't do it justice. It is very spacious especially as there was only 4 of us on this holiday. Michael and I together with our two grown-up kids enjoyed different aspects of the villa. The games room (basket ball, pool table and darts board) appealed to the kids. The pool was such a joy to us all following long days at the various parks. Amanda provides everything; lots of towels; great laundry facilities, including an iron; wifi; 2 tvs; cooker, microwave & toaster. Literally everything. A home away from home. The Publix supermarket is just around the corner. Davenport is definitely quieter than Kissimee and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

My entire family really enjoyed ourselves. We loved the updated changes that were made. The younger boys really enjoyed the games room, even though it was hot in August, however, we liked your promptness in bringing over a large fan and a new Wii unit. The Villa is very close to the theme parks and other activities. This was our 2nd stay at this Villa and it was very relaxing and we really liked the complete privacy of the pool and hot tub. The Villa was very neat and clean and furnished so we could enjoy ourselves without spending a lot of money.

What a totally wonderful and relaxing villa. Myself, my wife, and our 2 small children ( 6 and 3 years ) stayed here along with our parents. It has something for everyone. Fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzi - that everyone loved. Huge amount of space. xbox, wii and games consoles for kids - plus a garage converted into a games room. 20 mins from all the parks. Local shops, ( and small british pub) 5 mins away. So while we were running around the parks , the grandparents sat back and soaked up the sun by the pool side in peace and quite ! We are already planning the next visit...

Sunset View is the perfect place to stay in Orlando when visiting the theme parks as they are all 30 minutes away! It is nicely furnished, clean and well equiped. This is our second stay at the property and the pool and games room were a big hit with our children. We would definitely stay here again!
