In the prestigious Terra Verde Resort this 5 Bed 3 Bath Villa sleeps 12. With two master suites, one double and two twins there is potentially room for two families.  With WIFI, a fully fitted games room and 2 games consoles you can relax in the private pool and spa whilst the kids occupy themselves. With close proximity to the theme parks, shops and restaurants, in one of the most prestigious gated communities, Paradise is the ideal Luxury base for your vacation.

Living

Rge living room has two 3 seater sofas with recliners at each end.  There is a 50 inch plasma screen television with cable tv.  There is a selection of dvds and videos.  The house boasts an additional informal seating area.
Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped with Oven, Hob, Fridge freezer with ice machine, microwave and waste disposal.
Dining

There is a formal dining area and also an informal dining area and breakfast bar
Bedrooms

5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.

There are 5 bedrooms.  1 King size, 1 queensize, 1 fullsize and 2 twins.  There is also a bed sofa which can extend into a queensize.  The king size master suite has a dressing room.  All bedrooms have cable tv, vcr's and dvds.  The Twin rooms also have playstations.
Bathrooms

3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
Games Room

The garage has been fitted out as a games room and comes complete with Pool table, Foosball, air hockey dart board and also has a TV with dvd player and VCR
Pool

There is a private heated pool with spa which is not overlooked.  The pool looks onto a conservation area.
Outside

The Terra Verde resort has a range of facilities which are available to our guests including fitness suite, climbing frames, large pool and spa, fishing lake and basketball net.  The resort is super being a short distance from Disney, shops and restaurants.
Garage

The garage has been fitted out as a games room and comes complete with Pool table, Foosball, air hockey dart board and also has a TV with dvd player and VCR.  The garage is also home to the washer and dryer.
Internet

The villa comes with wifi for the use of our guests.  There is also internet access at the clubhouse.
