Sunset Lakes 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Florida Villa (2 En-Suites)

The large open plan living area has 3 leather sofas, a 32 inch cable tv, dvd player and cd player.  The whol of the living area has tiled floors keeping everything cool and bright.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need for your stay including oven, microwave, kettle, coffe maker, smoothie maker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker.  All crockery and cutlery is provided.

The dining area seats 8 at the extending table and there is also a breakfast bar.

The first master bedroom has a kingsize bed (US queen) and patio doors opening onto the pool area. 

The second en-suite has a double bed (US full) and there are 2 further twin bedrooms  both master rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, cable tv and some have additional dvd players.

There are 2 ensuites, one with a lerge walk in shower and sunken roman style tun with twin basins.  The second ensuite has a walk in shower, wc and basin. 

There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over, twin basins and wc.

The games room has cable tv, a pool table, air hockey and table football.  There is also a book depository for exchanging books.

The south facing, screened pool overlooks the conservation area and is quiet and private. Sun loungers and a table and chairs are provided. The pool is heated (at an additional cost) and there is a thermal blanket provided.

There is a garden and parking to the front of the property and conservation area annd the pool to the rear.

Free wireless high speed internet access and free long distance and international phone calls are provided.

A high chair, and buggy are provided at the villa and a cot is availble on request (small charge).
