As you enter MICKEYS SUNRISE VILLA you will be surprised at how homely, light and spacious it is. The L shaped ground floor is perfect for larger families or groups of friends.

Being triple aspect all the living area remains so bright all day long. Previous guests all comment that the Villa is cosy and welcoming. Living areas throughout the villa are all carpeted adding to your home from home comforts.

We have 2 lounge area's, one where our TV is sited and the other is a more formal area where you can sit, chat or take time out to sit and relax. A large dowstairs restroom/clockroom is easily accessed on the ground floor.

A fully equipped kitchen with all the white goods you'd expect in a well organized family home. From large cooker,microwave,fridge freezer, ice maker,dish washer, coffee maker,washer & tumble dryer.

Our Dining table can seat 8 + a high chair so all guests can sit together while they eat or as they gather around the table to decide which park they should go to tomorrow. Bring your laptop and catch up on e-mails from friends at home, let them know what a great time you are having staying at Mickeys Sunrise Villa.

Enter our master bedroom and your dreams really can come true. Our superior king bedded master suite is beautifully furnished. Due to the large size of this bedroom a full sized cot can easily be accommodated without making the room cramped and we also have a large sofa that can be convered into a double bed if required for children.

Peer through the door of our Mickey and Friends Sleepover bedroom and see why this is such a popular feature of our Villa. Come and see why its so popular with our smaller guests, they feel at home as soon as they enter! Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Goofy are all waiting to greet you. Our comfortable beds will soon have your little one dreaming of the adventures they will have tomorrow.

Our en-suite marble bathroom is finely appointed to make your stay even more comfortable as well as twin marble sinks there is a walk in shower seperate large tub/bath and a walk in dressing area.

Our lovely family bathroom is themed as Finding Nemo.

With marble double sinks and spot lights above its FUN TIME when washing, taking a shower or have a soak in the bath. A hairdryer is also provided for guest use.

A full sized pool table will lure you in,create your very own group tournament. We also have the all time popular Air Hockey table.

Should you decide on a game with a little less pace then we can offer you darts which are very child friendly as the darts are magnetic, or take a selection from one of our board games.

We have quality pool furniture for all who stay. A large hexagonal table with large parasol and chairs, chair recliner's with foot stools and also sun loungers so take your pick!

After a hectic day at the parks there is nothing nicer than putting the children to bed and sitting out by the pool with a drink or two.

Or why not put your swimmers on and take an evening dip. A perfect end to a perfect day. Pool towels are provided for guests use around the pool.

As we are a FAMILY Friendly Villa even our smallest of guest is very important and special to us. All the facilities we provide are in excellent condition and we purchased all items ourselves from new. Numerous sheets and fleece blankets are provided as well as the essential highchair, playpen, baby walker and lots of toys and rattles.

Child safety is very important to us after all we have 2 grandchildren ourselves. So everything at MICKEYS SUNRISE VILLA has to be the BEST.

We have literally just returned from Orlando, having spent the first week of our hols at Mickey's Sunrise Villa. I can't say enough good things about it to be honest! It was our first trip to Florida and with 2 toddlers in tow, we knew it might be quite a challenge! On arrival to the villa, the kids ran to have a look at their fantastic themed rooms and then my daughter ran straight to the dressing room to try on some princess dresses, they were so excited! My husband and I couldn't believe the size of the villa and it really had absolutely everything we needed. We paid to have heating in our pool as we knew the weather might be quite temperamental. The pool was set at around 85 degrees and was perfect. We were fortunate also to have exceptional weather whilst we were there too. The villa is in an excellent spot, close to Disney and all the major attractions. Theresa was so helpful prior to the trip. In addition the villa was spotless! I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa. You won't regret booking it

This was our first visit to us and also our first time in renting a Villa through the internet. We stayed with our three children (3, 8 and 12 years old) for a 15 great days. I must say that all in all this was a super vacation for us. The Villa was perfect for us, great place to have a relaxation time between visiting the Parks and also so much activity to do for our children. The game room, the costumes, the toy, the DVD´s, the game cube and the pool, there was always something to do and never a doll moment. The spacious main area and kitchen was also perfect for our new years dinner with our friends. We felt so much at home during our stay and I can surely recommend this Villa to everyone I know.

Wow what can i say about this villa.Fantastic! The themed rooms are great and definately a hit with the kids.There is so much for the kids to do and enjoy. The pool is lovely and very much welcomed after a long day out.The location of the villa is great and not too far away from Disney. Big thanks to Mark and Thersa for your hospitality. We will definately be recomending this villa to family and friends and hope to be back soon.

Thank you so much Mark and Theresa for letting us stay at your beautiful villa once again. Before we flew out this August we wondered if the villa could possibly be as wonderful as we remembered it from our last visits and of course it was - and better! The rooms are all fantastic and furnished to a very high standard, the master bedroom with the on-suite and dressing room is just amazing. The kids loved their bedrooms and even got to choose their bedding from Theresa before they went. Many happy evening were spent in the pool followed by air hockey and pool in the games room, exactly what was needed to relax after a busy day in the theme parks. The villa is in an ideal location and it was so easy to get to the parks each day, at Disneyland we joked that it seemed to take longer to get from the car park to the park than it did to travel from the villa! The villa itself was amazing and just couldn't have been better. The themed bedrooms were a huge hit with our children and they felt so at home, right from the first moment we arrived. The toys and dressing up were so enjoyed and the soft toys shared their beds every night. We had many 'contests' in the games room, which brough out the competitive nature of boys vs girls (and the children loved it too)! There were so many personal touches throughout and your phone call was greatly appreciated. The pool was perfect; it was a great place to relax and play after a 'hard' day at the park and we are missing is so much already. The weather was beautiful and that, with our lovely home from home, meant that we had the best holiday ever! This Villa is beautiful with every convenience, the children loved the games room and the pool (which was kept clean and tidy). The villa is spacious and beautifully furnished. We had a fantastic two week holiday there and the children were happy to spend a couple of days just relaxing in the villa, rather than going out all the time.

My parents, sisters, brothers in law, nieces and nephews stayed in Mickeys Sunrise Villa Nov/Dec 2010! Honestly this was an amazing villa to stay in. It is beautiful and extremely child friendly. From the moment we walked through the front door we felt at home. (We wish it was our home!!) It had everything we could of wanted or needed. The location was great and the community it is located in was lovely too. The owners are also really nice and helpful but not at all intrusive. Whenever I emailed a question before our holiday and there were plenty of them Theresa replied immediately. We had an amazing holiday and want to thank Theresa and Mark for helping make this happen. We haven't mentioned this to Theresa yet but are planning please God another holiday for Nov/Dec 2012 and would love to book Mickeys Sunrise Villa again!!!

We stayed at Mickey's Sunrise Villa in July/August 2010. From initially contacting the owners, Mark & Theresa, to staying there we had a fantastic service. The villa is stunning and it is obvious from the moment you walk in the door that the owners go that extra mile to make sure your stay is perfect. All the amenities are top notch, you really feel like you are walking in to someone’s home, rather than a soulless place, which is just there to make money. The bedrooms are excellent, and the en-suite master bedroom is nothing short of massive! Eva loved the Mickey themed bedroom and the Princess themed room. The location is great, only 15 mins or so drive to Disney, but far enough away so you can relax and unwind after a long day. The pool is perfect for this!! There is a Sweetbay supermarket within walking distance, and a huge Walmart Superstore less than 5 minutes drive away on the US 27. I can't recommend this place enough.... just perfect. Thank you Mark and Theresa!

The holiday at this villa was not like other holidays in Orlando.. It was extra special and the villa was well kept and better than a 5 star hotel. We enjoyed the pool and the space in the villa. No other villa we have stayed in has compared to the standards of this villa. We can't wait to return in the future and have already had friends stay here upon our recommendation. ?Mark and Theresa have attention to detail and even before we left the service was excellent. The management company on-site were also excellent, very efficient and friendly.

Mark and Theresa are just so easy to deal with. Any enquiries regarding the villa are dealt with quickly and answered comprehensively. The villa is simply a home from home, and provides great comfort after a long day at the Parks. Re-booking the villa for May 2012 was a no brainer; we look forward to again enjoying the home comforts the villa has to offer.

From the moment we enquired about "mickeys sunrise villa " we were so impressed by the care and attention given by the owners.They were happy to answer all our questions and give us advice to make planning our stay as easy as possible. When arriving at the villa we were welcomed and settled in even though it was late . The villa itself is immaculate and is exactly as it shows in the pictures. It was especially good as we had young children and the villa has everything that young children could wish for, not only a wonderfully equipped games room and a pool with safety features but toys and games for them to play with ! the owners really had thought of everything . The area was wonderful and quiet but only a short drive from the disney parks . I have stayed in another villa since(only because i was too late to book this one) but it was not even nearly as good so i advise booking early ! Overall we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend staying here as it is the perfect villa for families.
