Breakins are very rare in this area, but the whole house is alarmed and we ask guests to use it EVERY time they go out, (insurance companies will not pay out if its found the alarm has not been set) ALL the exterior doors have chimes on them, so you can be aware of the chidrens movements. There is also a safety fence around the pool,
We reccommend hiring a Gas bbq, instead of having one in the house, it guarantees the bbq to be clean and in good working order. Cost $40 per week
A sat nav can also be hired for $40 per week. (The car hirecompaniescharge at least $70 per week)

Rates start from as little as £420,- $645 for low season,up to £525 - $820 for peak season.
A security deposit is required with every booking,and paid with the balance which is refundable after your departure from the villa.

Checkout time 11-00am. On agreement a late checkout can be arranged.
