From the calm and quiet cul-de-sac you enter this spacious home. Tastefully decorated it’s light and airy. Just to remind you that you’re at the Greatest Entertainment Centre in The World, Mickey and Minnie are there at the door. The hallway, Formal Dining Room, Family Area, Breakfast Dining Area and Kitchen are all covered in cooling floor tiles. Two large settees, glass topped coffee table, two glass topped side tables and subtle lighting gives a total relaxed feeling as you gaze out the picture window across the pool onto the lake. A deep pile floor rug adds to the cosiness and entertainment is provided by a Large Flat Screen TV. Cable TV including ESPN (English Soccer), DVD Player and CD Player/Radio with MP3 Docking Station.

The dream kitchen is also fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, large fridge and freezer combination and a dishwasher. There’s a larder and plenty of cupboards for storage. The breakfast bar surrounds the kitchen area with Bar Stools.

Upon entering the house to the left is the Formal Dining Area. A Glass Topped Dining Table with 4 chairs set in a relaxed atmosphere. The Breakfast dining area has a Glass Topped Table with 6 chairs in an area conveniently located near the kitchen and entrance to the Pool area.

Access to the Master Bedroom is gained from the Family Area. This very large carpeted room has a King sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. Flat screen TV with Cable TV piped in. Dressing table, bedside cabinets and lamps are also provided. The bedroom window looks out onto the Pool and Lake. This bedroom has an en-suite with US style walk in shower, bath tub, twin basins and a large mirror. An electric hair dryer is also provided.

Bedroom 2.This room is carpeted and has Twin beds, walk-in wardrobe and a view over the lake. The room is situated opposite the second bathroom and has a large dress mirror.

Bedroom 3. The room is accessed from the Breakfast Area. Carpeted and cosy it has a Queen size bed with bedside cabinets and lamps. A walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample space for clothing. The window looks out onto the side garden.

Bedroom 4. This room is opposite Bedroom 3 again with a view to the side garden. Carpeted, Bunk beds are provided here. The top bunk is a single size and the bottom bed is a double size. A walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers provide clothing storage. This room overlooks the side garden.

En-Suite from Master Bedroom. This bathroom has a US style walk in shower, bath tub, twin basins and a large mirror. An electric hair dryer is also provided.

2nd Bathroom. Access to here can be gained from within the house (Opposite Bedroom 2) or from the Pool Decking. toilet, sink, shower and bath tub are located here. Ideal area to step into after a day in the pool.

To the right as you enter the house behind double glass doors is the Chill Out Room. Carpeted and furnished with Bean Bags and Cushions it’s equipped with Flat Screen TV. Cable Channels are piped in. MP3 Docking Station with Speakers and a PS3 games consul (Bring your own games as we know that people have personal favourites). The PS3 also plays Blue-Ray and DVDs. Monopoly, Scrabble, Backgammon, Chess, Checkers and Playing Cards are available here. From the Utility Room you find the Games Room. A Pool Table, Air Hockey and Child’s Ping Pong are situated here together with a large bed-settee to sit on while you wait your turn.

The Pool and Decking Area can be accessed from the Family Area or the Second Bathroom. Relax on comfortable Chair/Beds. Eat and Drink at the High Table with Bar Stools. Fire the BBQ up and slap on a couple of steaks. The Netting around the pool is for Child Safety. If you feel you don’t need it, it can be removed quiet easily. The pool decking has a shaded area so the little ones don’t get burnt.
 

At the bottom of the quiet cul-de-sac sits this relaxing house. Double driveway gives ample parking. The house is surrounded by lawns and small shrubs, It's unique location means that the rear is not overlooked by neighbours. Wake up and breakfast to stunning views. Eagles soar above, Sandhill Cranes (Similar to Herons) stroll about the garden, Ducks swim on the lake and even Turtles occasionally pay you a visit. Pick an Orange from our trees and enjoy the sweet smell of the Blossom.

Apart from the wildlife, only the sound you make can be heard.
 

Converted to a Games Room, Pool Table, Air Hockey and Child’s Ping Pong are situated here together with a large bed-settee to sit on while you wait your turn.
