Our villa is situated on an exceptionally large plot surrounded by Trees, Lakes & Wildlife, It's oversized South/East facing pool deck (50' x 30') with large Pool, Spa and 30' x 8' Lanai overlooks a beautiful lake.
The villa has a fully equipped Games room with Ice Hockey, Pool and Soccer Tables
It has 5 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite),

Rental rates additional information
All prices include Florida State Taxes. Stays of 6 nights or less will incur a cleaning charge of £75. A deposit of £100 per week/and part of week is required with your completed booking form. A security deposit of £150 is required with final balance and will be returned in full subject to a satisfactory report from the Management Company. HEATING OF THE POOL IS AN OPTIONAL EXTRA and is usually necessary from November until April. Please enquire for pool heating prices. We are happy to negotiate a lower rate for bookings of more than 2 weeks. WE ALSO ACCEPT PAYMENT IN US DOLLARS & CREDIT CARDS.
