Living	On your right is the lounge which overlooks the front garden. The floral sofa converts to a bed and has two contrasting chairs to have those quiet moments to relax or even read the book that you promised yourself.
Kitchen	The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee percolator, knife sharpener/opener, tea pot and kettle. There is crockery, cutlery and utensils should you wish to cook or just prepare a snack.
Dining	From the lounge you walk into the formal dining room with a stone based glass top table with matching floral chairs which overlooks the pool area.
Bedrooms	3 bedrooms, sleeps 8. The deluxe master bedroom has a queen size bed, lots of draw space, colour TV and has a large walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom is complete with a shower cubicle, bath, double vanity unit, hair dryer and a door to the pool deck.
Bathrooms	2 bathrooms, 1 en-suites. The ensuite bathroom is complete with a shower cubicle, bath, double vanity unit, hair dryer and a door to the pool deck. The second bathroom is complete with a walk in shower, toilet, vanity unit and hair dryer and is disabled user friendly
Pool	The villa is fully equipped for your needs while staying. Large heated swimming pool and extra large sun deck Lanai with covered area for shade from the sun when you need it.
Outside	The pool area is ideal for the sun worshippers as the deck gets loads of sun, and the covered area is ideal for thos who do not need lots of rays The large west facing pool deck has a 30 x 12 heated pool also patio furniture for your comfort which consists of a table, four chairs and two recliners with stools. There is a large covered lanai. Towels are provided for use around the pool.
Garage	The villa has a two car garage with remote opener
Internet	We have hi speed Wi-fi now, just take your laptop and keep intouch with your office etc FREE
Baby Equipment	We have a cot, high chair and cot side bars for the younger visitors
Accessible	Property is suitable for wheelchairs The villa is all on 1 level and has a disabled friendly 2nd bathroom, with walk in shower and lower height on the basin.
