Our villa is on the gated golfing community of Southern Dunes, which is situated south of Orlando just 20 minutes from Disney World Resort and 25 minutes from International Drive. It is also less than an hour to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast. The 4 bedroom villa has 2 en-suite bathrooms and a further bathroom serving the 2 twin bedrooms, it has a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The pool faces west and it has an extended deck area which gives plenty of room for all the guests. As it overlooks the 16th fairway the pool area has fine views over the golf course.

The Lounge
The large light and airy living area with cathedral ceiling incorporates the lounge, and dining areas.
The comfortable lounge area looks through the patio doors onto the pool area and golf course beyond. There is a large LCD colour HDTV with multi-channel digital cable, DVD, Video and CD player. A ceiling fan provides a cooling effect whilst relaxing.
The Reading Area
There is a further sitting area with chairs and footstools for those relaxing moments indoors. Highspeed internet access is available, so bring a laptop and you will be up and running.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, coffee machine and toaster.
There is ample cutlery, crockery, glasses etc.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the garage.

The Master Bedroom
This bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2nd TV has patio doors leading directly out onto the pool area.
An overhead fan provides pleasent cooling at night to suppliment the air conditioning.
There is a separate door from the en-suite to the pool area, giving quick access to the bathroom.
A walk in closet gives plenty of storage and hanging space. A safe is available for guests use, enabling passports and documentation to be left securely.
The Second Bedroom
The second bedroom which is fully furnished with a queen bed and built in wardrobe also has a TV and en suite bathroom. There is also an overhead fan in this bedroom.
The 3rd and 4th Bedrooms
These bedrooms which are both furnished with twin beds have built in wardrobes and share a separate bathroom. They both have overhead fans.

The large (optionally heated) pool is 26' x 13' and is fully enclosed by a fine mesh screen which allows the sun through but keeps the bugs out! The extended pool area allows plenty of room for you to spread out and is furnished with table and chairs, sun beds, and a barbeque.
At night the pool and pool area can be lit, making it the perfect place to relax, have a drink and watch the fabulous sunsets.

As our beautiful pool area backs onto the 16th fairway you will enjoy unspoiled views out across the golfcourse. Facing west we are perfectly positioned to capture the summer and winter sunshine so no matter what time of year you visit you can be sure to top up that tan.
The Lanai area provides shade and is an ideal place to sit and enjoy a meal and drinks.

It is located on HWY27, Davenport only 20 minutes from Disney Worlds main gate and very close to the other theme parks in Orlando. Just before the entrance to Southern Dunes there are a number of restaurants, shops and a large Wal-Mart supermarket. Southern Dunes is a large short term rental villa community, it also has it's own Championship Golf Course which has been ranked #7 in the state of Florida by Golf Week. We have over 15 homes for rent on Southern Dunes ranging in size from 3 to 6 beds, located on Kokomo Loop, Mariner Cay, Barbados Lane, Hemmingway Avenue, St Augustine Blvd, Park Place, Rebecca Drive, Forest Hill Lane and of course Southern Dunes Blvd.

Rental rates additional information
Low Season - £500, Mid Season - £550, High Season - £600. These prices are per week and are inclusive of all taxes. For stays of 6 nights or less a cleaning charge of £60 is applicable.
Optional Pool heating can be arranged for $150 per week.
