Southern Dunes villas to rent in Orlando, Florida. We have a sellection of luxury Florida villas to rent on the golf course community of Southern Dunes. It is located on HWY27, Davenport only 20 minutes from Disney Worlds main gate and very close to the other theme parks in Orlando. Just before the entrance to Southern Dunes there are a number of restaurants, shops and a large Wal-Mart supermarket. Southern Dunes is a large short term rental villa community, it also has it's own Championship Golf Course which has been ranked #7 in the state of Florida by Golf Week. We have over 15 homes for rent on Southern Dunes ranging in size from 3 to 6 beds, located on Kokomo Loop, Mariner Cay, Barbados Lane, Hemmingway Avenue, St Augustine Blvd, Park Place, Rebecca Drive, Forest Hill Lane and of course Southern Dunes Blvd.

If you require pool heat this is an extra £60 per week A deposit of £100 per week is required at time of booking.Payments can be made either as cheque or PayPal.A security deposit will be required when balance is due of £200.This I except in a separate cheque.Details on request. First stay
First stay at this villa but hopefully it wont be our last. Two families sharing with no problems, plenty of space, nice views of the golf course, walmart right at the entrance, lots of other fast food places around if thats your thing. All parks and shopping easily accessible. Villa clean, comfortable and well equipped for a great holiday. Thanks Carol and Les

the perfect spot !
this is the perfect spot..south facing,peaceful,picturesque,comfy,with all your shopping needs at the entrance to the estate..a nice drive on only 2 highways from the entrance take you straight to all the parks..this is our 2nd stay in this villa...the perfect spot 5/5
