Southern Dunes - Luxury 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Florida Vacation Villa

There are two separate sitting areas in the villa.

The spacious lounge area enjoys a quiet spot with its own 28-inch television screen which you can view from the comfort of the large luxurious sofas.

The family area offers another place to lounge around, whether you’re watching T.V. or a DVD, playing the Xbox or listening to your favourite CD. The view through the patio window reveals your own private pool and the first fairway of Southern Dunes Golf Course. 

The well-appointed kitchen really is home from home for our guests. With all the modern facilities you would expect from 5* accommodation, including: large fridge freezer with ice-maker, full size oven with four-ring hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal unit, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all the necessary utensils.

The large family dining table is the perfect place to relax and talk over the days highlights or plan for tomorrows events, after a long day on the golf course or at one of the theme parks.
 

The breakfast table takes in views of the family area and the outside pool deck. This is the place to start your day with a hearty breakfast and the anticipation of what the day may bring.

The Master bedroom affords the comfort of a super-king sized bed, ample storage space, your own television and views of the pool and golf course. The luxurious ensuite bathroom adjoining the Master bedroom is fitted with a large corner bath, separate shower cubicle, marble inset washbasin and large surface for cosmetics and personal toiletries. Additionally there is a separate private WC, and a door leading to large private walk-in wardrobe/dressing room.

Bedroom 2 is comprised of similar facilities enjoyed by the Master bedroom, including: a queen sized double bed, dressing table, built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom complete with shower/bath, WC and wash basin.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two single beds, a bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe. These two rooms share the facilities of the main bathroom, which is situated between, with a shower/bath, WC, washbasin and built-in storage.

The 26 foot, south facing pool, boasts unrivalled views of the first fairway. Its large sun deck with covered lanai (shaded area) is furnished with 6 sun beds, drinks tables and a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. This truly is the place to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine!

The house is superbly positioned on a beautiful quiet road, within the secure gated community of Southern Dunes.  The property boasts magnificent views over the first fairway of the golf course and as such, is not overlooked at the rear.

The Southern Dunes community has the benefit of tennis courts, an additional communal swimming pool with Clubhouse and pool table, Golf Course with Country Club, Licensed Bar and Restaurant. 

The Clubhouse and Restaurant are only a short stroll away from the house and we are also within walking distance of a 24 hour Walmart Superstore, Petrol Station, Bank and a number of shops and fast food outlets.

The spacious double garage houses a large washing machine and tumble dryer.

Free wireless internet access is available throughout the house.  The Clubhouse also offers free internet access and is only a short stroll away.

We have just returned from a wonderful time at this magnificent villa. It was spotless and had everything we needed and wanted. The view from the deck was beautiful. The owner, Lynn, was fabulous to communicate with and was so accommodating to our requests. I highly recommend a stay at this villa. You'll love Lynn too!

We have just arrived back from a 10 day break,staying at this wonderful villa. On arrival the house felt very welcoming and was spotlessly clean throughout which was very much appreciated after a long flight. The view from the pool deck overlooks the golf course which is superb and private with a lovely sunny aspect all of the day. Southern Dunes is a great location. The golf course is excellent, Disney Attractions 15 - 20 minutes away, Walmart close by and Mannies Chop House (best steaks in Orlando)less than 5 minutes. The owners, Lynn and Steve Lillington were very helpful from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. We would certain stay here again and would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

This is a spacious, clean and very modern well maintained villa. It is in an ideal location to explore everything in and around Orlando as well as having the convenience of a Walmart close at hand . The villa itself has all the things you would need and more besides! Thank you Lynn and Steve for all you help and advice both before, during and after our visit we couldn't have asked for anything more - superb customer service! If this villa had to be named after a stone it would be a diamond. Having just returned after 22 days of pure rest and relaxation at Steve and Lynns villa, which we must say catered for every need possible. This is the third occasion we have holidayed at Southern Dunes and this villa has the nicest and most spacious layout of any villa we have occupied; so much so that we could do a half marathon around the villa followed by twenty lenghts in the pool before breakfast, and with only my wife and myself staying (heaven) we sometimes got lost.We tended to stay local one day and travel to new beaches every other.This vacation we travelled to miami south beach (turn left out of Southern dunes onto the 27 and in approx 3 hours you are there)other fantastic beaches were Sarasota, Longboat key, St Pete's, Daytona, Treasure Island,Honeymoon Island,Indian rocks beach, and Clearwater 3 times all approximately one and a half hours travelling. locally there is an excellent mall at Eagle Ridge (left out of the dunes, 10 minutes down the road which is very quiet and has all the large stores, a cinema, bowling alley and large food hall.On the door step you have Walmart, Macdonalds burgerking, checkers, popeyes, dominos, first wok, blockbusters,plus several restaurants just up the road towards I-4.On site you can stroll about in the sun, grab some refreshments at the excellent club house. Moreover, the site has three communal outdoor pools which are really nice too.We both commend the villa to anyone wanting lovely surroundings and a holiday to remember.Thanks Steve & Lynn for giving us the opportunity to stay this year and hope you will have us back next year. Southern Dunes is a very relaxing community in which to relax, while holidaying in Florida. We really enjoyed the chilled out rear aspect with a great view of the golf course. The pool area got plenty of sun, and the interior decor was perfect to relax in and feel right at home. The 2 lounge areas was a bonus for our children to watch different tv, no arguments.. There are plenty of places to eat from fast food to steak restaurants nearby, Perkins, Crackerbarrel, Mc Donalds etc. We visited the parks, Disney being around 20 mins, Universal being our personal favourite. We have stayed in this area a number of times and this villa has the best rear view we've enjoyed so far. If you choose to stay here you will not be dissapointed.

This is a wonderful villa very clean and very spacious. We Enjoyed the privacy and view onto the southern dunes golf course. This villa also has the added benefit of being close to local amenities .we enjoyed our stay very much and will return in the near future.

We (my husband and 12 year old son) had a fantastic time in Southern Dunes. We played golf every day. The Villa is situated so close to the Club house you can easily walk it. The Staff at the Club House are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were there at Easter break (advise heated pool when booking Villa). Location of the Villa is execellent for Down Town Disney and all the other parks etc. Car required. Walmart right on your doorstep. Eating place "Manny's" fantastic very good value for money!!! It's a must try especially for Steak's! The Villa is very clean, tidy, roomy and a big hit having Wi-Fi available. The Master Bedroom is a great size as is the rest of the rooms. Would easily accommodate 8 people without feeling suffocated. The pool area has enough beds, seats, tables etc for all persons. I would have liked to BBQ but realised into my second week we had to hire the BBQ from the management company for a cost by then it was to late. Again we paid extra for the heated pool in our second week which we found to be expensive (advise adding heated pool when booking the Villa). Apart from that, we had a brilliant time and can't wait till I hire this Villa again in the very near future.

I was more than surprised when I arrived at the villa. It was larger than the pictures depict and has a wonderful view of the golf course ( which is a terrific place to play ) The property is tastefully decorated, clean, fully equipped and secure with a full time security gate. It is close to Disney ( 20 minutes ) and an easy drive to either coast. I found that the gulf coast to have the better beaches. I would recommend this to anyone looking to go to the Orlando area and wants the convenience of location and the relaxing atmosphere of a fully furnished villa rather that jamming into a small hotel room.

our family spent 10 days in this villa and it was the best villa we ever stayed at.The villa was exceptional.spacious pool was beautiful and backed onto a first class golf course.we cannot wait to return again and the owners made sure everthing was taken care for us.{excellent people}.I would recommend this villa to everybody.

Hi Lynn As promised - I wanted to provide you with feedback on your villa. What a beautiful home - you must be very proud of it. It felt so comfortable to be staying there - the Southern Dunes estate was lovely and the location of the villa on the 1st fairway was just perfect. I can't compliment the viila enough. Location to Disney world and all the major parks (20 mins) was wonderful and after a full day walking around Disney it was so nice to think we had such a lovely home to come back and relax in. We couldn't get our little boy out of the swimming pool - and to be able to wake up every morning and walk out onto the pool terrace is something we have all missed since returning to England. The villa itself had everything we could have hoped and wished for. From the number of bedrooms, living rooms to the furnishings throughout - faultless and total luxury. We ate out a couple of times but the villa was so nice that we had no need and had everything we wanted right there. My only compliant is that we had to come home and hadn't booked in for 3 weeks !! Service from booking with yourselves, answering email queries to the service from the Management team in Florida was spot on. The Management Company were really superb in terms of service and answering any queries we had - like you said, nice to know when you are so far away. And yes - we picked up a buggy from Walmart. I left it in the garage for any other guests if they would find this useful.. I just want to say a big thank you from all 5 of us for letting us stay in Kokomo Villa - none of us wanted to leave ... that speaks for itself Thanks again.

Just returned for a weeks stay at Villa Kokomo and I can honestly say that it is the most comfortable and clean villa we have stayed in - and we have stayed in many all over the world. Great location, and great facilities, in a lovely quiet gated community. The golf course was also fantastic. We highly recommend a stay here - you will not be disappointed.
