Southern Heaven Villa is a fully equipped luxurious three bedroom, two bathroom villa which sleeps up to eight people with its own private pool. It is located on Highway 27, Haines City off Interstate 4, approx 15 miles to Disney's entrance.
We have also installed for your pleasure a games room with pool table, air hockey, electronic darts board and basketball game.
The Villa also includes pram/pushchair, Highchair, travel cot, High speed internet, TV and DVD players with cable TV channels all free of charge for your use while staying at Southern Heaven Villa.

Just before the entrance to Southern Dunes there are a number of restaurants, shops and a large Wal-Mart supermarket. Southern Dunes is a large short term rental villa community, it also has it's own Championship Golf Course which has been ranked #7 in the state of Florida by Golf Week. We have over 15 homes for rent on Southern Dunes ranging in size from 3 to 6 beds, located on Kokomo Loop, Mariner Cay, Barbados Lane, Hemmingway Avenue, St Augustine Blvd, Park Place, Rebecca Drive, Forest Hill Lane and of course Southern Dunes Blvd.
