Family Room
The family room is very spacious, light and airy with views and access to the pool area. There are two sofas and and to keep everyone entertained there is a 30” cable T.V, DVD and hi-fi. The villa also has FREE hi-speed Internet Access and FREE local and long distance telephone calls. There is also a PS2 available for family entertainment.

Formal Lounge / Dining Area
As you enter the villa, the opening hallway goes onto the formal lounge providing the opportunity for relaxation away from the rest of the villa.
Should you wish to dine in style, the dining area can seat six people. In addition there is a high chair.
 

The bright and spacious kitchen overlooks the family room and breakfast nook. It is fully equipped and offers cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster etc. and a full selection of crockery, cutlery and cook wear. For your convenience there is breakfast table seating for four. The villa also has an automatic washer, tumbledryer, iron and ironing board.
 

The villa contains four bedrooms and boasts a sumptuous master suite. The master suite has a four poster king bed with luxury furnishings and bedlinen. There is a large en-suite with soak tub, walk in shower, toilet, wash basin, vanity unit, mirrors and hair dryer. There is a clock radio and cable TV. There is a large walk in closet for storage. There is patio door access to the pool area.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is an en-suite with bath, shower over tub, toilet and wash basin. There is a built in wardrobe, drawers, cable TV and clock radio.
Bedrooms three and four have full sized twin beds, fitted wardrobes and drawers. These bedrooms share a third bathroom and are next to each other. They are tastefully decorated to suit either children or adults. Both have TV.

The large two car garage has been converted into a games room to add to your holiday enjoyment. It is complete with pool table, air hockey and a selection of toys for the younger members of the family.
 

The large 30' south facing pool affords all day sunshine. It is fully screened by fine mesh for your added comfort preventing insects and debris from entering the area. This does not however affect sunbathing. There is a child safety screen available should you need it. The pool is surrounded by a large patio deck with sun loungers, chairs and patio table. The deck has a porch area providing shade for Al Fresco dining. The pool area and deck are one of very few properties on Solana that is not overlooked from the rear. Outdoor lighting makes it perfect for dining outside on warm Floridian evenings. There is outdoor crockery to perfect the occasion. Use of pool and spa heating is recommended between October and March and is available at an optional extra. A pool blanket is provided to help keep the pool warm.
 

There is a baby travel cot and high chair available.

We just got back from our vacation, and the villa was an awesome choice! The owners and Management are very helpful and cooperative! The villa is filled with amenities and lots of useful items. Very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Even though the villa is close to neighbors, it has a private pool-screen. Very safe and friendly community. Highly recommended!
