Large open living room beautifully decorated with quality furnishings in Mediterranean colour scheme to give you that relaxed holiday ambiance. The lounge is equipped with large plasma TV with cable and DVD player for your entertainment. High vaulted ceilings give the living space a light airy feel and with the benefit of ceiling fan and air conditioning throughout you will never be overheated in the wonderful Florida climate. The Patio doors lead straight our on to the cheerfully decorated pool deck area so you can choose to spend your time relaxing in the comfort of the air conditioning or beside the large swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully equiped with averything that you will need during your stay. It is fitted with a

The villa also benefits from Washing machine and Dryer, Ironing board and Iron. These are in the the Games room area along with laundry baskets. The washing line is on the pool deck area with the sufficient pegs.
 

The open plan dining area offers seating for 6 people and is tastefully accessorised to help you enjoy your culinary experiences during your stay. There is further seating in the kitchen area for 4 people if needed or to give adults a bit of space away from kids after a hard day at Disney.

The garage area has been transformed into a gaming Mecca for the kids. Located in the garage is Pool, Air hockey, Foosball and electronic darts to keep everyone entertained. For your comfort their is both ceiling and standing fans. We have a bar table with 4 bar stools so that you can enjoy an ice cold beer whilst challenging the kids to a game of your choice.

Our 30 x 15 pool is fully screened and optional pool heating is available at an extra charge. This is advisable (but not compulsory) between the months of October and April. We have a removable child safety screen to stop little ones wandering into the pool.  The pool is South/West facing so it gets the sun for most of the day.

Beyond the pool screen there is an extremely large grassy area where the children can play safely away from the pool, and where those who prefer to sun worship away from the filtered rays of the pool screen can sun bathe in privacy. The view from the pool area is simply beautiful looking straight onto the conservation area.
 

Relax under our covered lanai with ceiling fan, ideal for al fresco dining or sitting with your cocktails (or beer!!) on warm Florida evenings. Patio furniture includes table chairs and sun loungers. Plenty of fluffy pool / beach towels are provided.
