Our Orlando luxury villa offers accommodation of the highest standard, and is truly a 5 star executive home with a unique feature being its homely and welcoming atmosphere. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private heated pool with privacy surround, hot tub, games room and sleeps 8 plus baby. The home is ideal for 2 families.
You could not select a more perfect, sought after location. The tranquil surroundings of Rolling Hills is only 2 miles from the entrance to the Disney magic. Golfers will be delighted to find two Greg Norman courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate. Even closer is the upscale resort of Reunion, home to 3 championship courses. So close, you can return to your luxury home for relaxation by the poolside or chill out in the hot tub, before returning to the magical evening entertainment, batteries recharged.

The Family Room. This large room has wonderful views over the pool. You will find comfortable sofas and chairs to enable you to unwind, relax and watch cable TV in comfort. There is cable TV throughout the house, large screened TV, DVD player and a stock of DVDs in the family room. |

Kitchen This fully fitted kitchen has every appliance that anyone could possibly need, including a full size electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a huge freezer with ice maker. The separate laundry room has a large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. |

The dining room has seating for 8 people and there is also a breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. |

Both Master Bedrooms have King size beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and Bedroom 4 has twin beds.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV and stereos.
There is a safe in one of the Master Bedrooms for your valuables.

Each master suite has it's own en-suite, one with a walk in shower, the other with a corner bath with shower.
The family bathroom is adjacent to the other two bedrooms.
All are equipped with hair dryers. a set of straighteners is also provided.

The house also has a games and fitness room with a full sized pool table, bristle dartboard, TV, DVD player, X-Box, Cross Trainer, Stationary Bike and Abs exerciser. This room also has it’s own air-conditioner. |

Patio and Pool Area are south facing ensuring you capture the best weather all year round. The pool is heated (an extra cost applies). The pool is fitted with automatic cleaning and filter equipment. The whole of the pool and patio area is fully screened to enable you to enjoy the pool and outdoor life long into the warm nights without having to worry about things that fly. The pool area is equipped with loungers, tables and chairs. A covered lanai with dining table and chairs also gives lovely shade when needed.
A separate hot tub / spa is freshly filled on guests arrival. An additional charge is applied for heating this.

Luxury Orlando holiday villas to rent on Rolling Hills located just off HWY192 in Kissimmee, Florida. Rolling Hills, one of the closest communities to Disney World Orlando, 10 minutes drive away and with excellent access to all the major attractions Florida has to offer. Many of the villas on Rolling HIlls each have a private pool and some have spas. Formosa Gardens shopping village with its wide choice of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars is 1 mile away. Avoid the traffic jams and stay close to Mickey Mouse for a great Florida vacation and a lifetime of memories.

Fantastic house in an relaxing safe location
Just a 30minute drive from the airport, how brill after a long flight. The villa was a great base, only 10 minutes from the gates of Animal Kingdom, it allowed us to go to Disney early in the morning, come back when it rained in the afternoon and go back later again in the evening..... we made sure we got value for money from our tickets!
The children had great fun in the lovely pool and also used the games room when it rained.
The extra luxury touches in this villa compared to others that we have stayed in previously made all the difference, leather safas, big screen TV, a good selection of DVDs, books and games and fantastic king beds......my wife also thanks you for the straighteners in the bathroom!
Restaurants locally were great as TGI's, Olive Garden, Longhorn, Outback and many more are within 5 mins drive .... we actually walked to Outback and TGI's some nigts - footpaths all the way!!!
I will definitely be recommending this villa to any friends going to Disney or golfing in Orlando and hopefully everything going to plan we will be back ourselves in 2 years time.
