Welcome to Mickeys' crib. Our luxury villa situated 5 minutes drive from Disney. Just of the 192 highway in the Formosa Gardens area. There is also easy access I4 Freeway leading to the thrills of Universal Studios , Seaworld and Discovery Cove. Having such a central location means that the Atlantic Coast and the Gulf Coast are only 1 hours drive away.

We have two reception rooms, the first a more formal area for relaxing and planning your days in the parks, with a formal dinning area. The second living area is a family room with TV & DVD player and HiFI, to relax in the evenings and unwind after long days out. There is also a double sofa bed. |

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you should need, there is a large cooker and microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal, |

There is a formal Dining area in the living room, and less formal area just off the Kitchen, and lets not forget the all important alfresco dining in the lania beside the pool |

Bedroom 1- A large luxury king master with own seating area, walk in closets and master en suite, T.V.
Bedroom 2 - A luxury Queen master with ensuite, T.V.
Bedroom 3 & 4 Mickey Mouse theme rooms complete with Mickey Mouse TVS and DVDs With shared bahtroom.

Luxury Orlando holiday villas to rent on Rolling Hills located just off HWY192 in Kissimmee, Florida. Rolling Hills, one of the closest communities to Disney World Orlando, 10 minutes drive away and with excellent access to all the major attractions Florida has to offer. Many of the villas on Rolling HIlls each have a private pool and some have spas. Formosa Gardens shopping village with its wide choice of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars is 1 mile away. Avoid the traffic jams and stay close to Mickey Mouse for a great Florida vacation and a lifetime of memories.

been to florida five times now,this villa has been the best location and the best villa we've ever stayed in. management company were brilliant.will recommend to family and friends thankyou from the Armstrong family

quality house
we stayed in this lovely villa last year with our family and found it fantastic. super house with lots of extra,s i.e baby equipment which we found perfect as we had a one year old . kids loved it , got the good of the games room and the pool. house in great location close to disney . going back this year but sadly house is occupied for the time otherwise this would have been our number one choice.
