Ridgewood Lakes Luxury 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Orlando Villa

Inside the home you have two sitting areas, the first a formal sitting room to the front of the villa, with a three seater sofa and single armchair with footrest, accented with side table and lamp lighting, offers direct access to the pool area and is ideal for reading under the central overhead fan.

The second sitting area is located to the rear of the villa, again with access to the pool, this is the main living area in the home. The upgraded Philips 55” TV and surround sound system, offers a cable package with over 200 channels, including both High Definition, on demand and Barclays Premier League football, in addition to a Blu-Ray player and XBox 360 (with a sellection of games). Comfortable seating for 8 guests benefit from an overhead fan to assist in circulating the air conditioning.  A central coffee table and side tables with lamp lighting complete this neutrally decorated room with red and gold accents.

The kitchen area is very spacious with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, it also has a large breakfast bar with stools and separate nook with table and  4 chairs. Dishwasher, Large fridge / freezer with ice & cold water dispenser. fully equiped kitchen. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board + iron.   

Opposite the formal sitting room is a formal dining room in case you want to entertain. Beautiful Table and chairs for seating 6 people  

Decorated in a calming duck egg blue, the main bedroom offers a calming sancturary, with a large dark wood, American king size four poster bed with pillow top mattress and matching side tables with lamp lighting, double chest with oversized mirror.  The room also benefits from a flat screen 32" HD TV with it's own HD Box, Ipod alarm and docking station, walk-in closet and central overhead fan. The ensuite bathroom offers an oversized soak tub, separate walk in double shower plus individual his and hers single vanity sinks.

2nd Bedroom has a large queen size sleigh bed, large double closet with oversized mirrior, side tables with lamp lighting, flat screen TV and overhead fan.  This bedroom shares a showeroom with the 3rd bedroom, A large Twin room with large  TV and walk in closet. 

The 4th bedroom is decorated in a sports theme, with walk in closet and neighbouring bathroom, plus the benefit of a 36" TV with 99 channel cable package and a PS2 with Games to keep the kids busy.

The villa also has a games room with table football and air hockey there is also a dart board, bikes to ride and tennis rackets and balls to use on the local free courts. Fishing rods to use in one of the many lakes set around the estate. Ceiling fans to keep you cool well entertaining yourselves. Full Set Of Golf Clubs for your use. 

XBox 360 - Located in the main sitting area connected to the 55" TV.

Playstation 2 - Located in the fourth bedroom connected to the 36" TV.

The villa has a large south facing pool/spa and landscaped garden totally enclosed by a 6ft privacy fence there is also a large undercover lanai area for those times when the sun gets too much! (If possible) At night the pool comes alive with different colours from the fiber optic pool lights. Dining Table & 6 chairs for those nights you decide to stay in and enjoy the long warm evenings.There is a gas BBQ. There are sunloungers for you to relax on and soak up the Florida sun. 

We have a new high powered Pool heater for the cooler months of the year, this is important in the winter months if you wish to swim as, some pool heaters fail to achive the desired temperture. when used with the cover the pool will remain toasty in the cooler months allowing you to swim at anytime.      

Large Corner plot with Fence all round the 1/4 acre garden giving you that air of privacy, Very peacefull surroundings all you can hear are birds. Beautifull landscaped garden.

This was our 2nd stay in this beautiful villa. If you have a car the location is not a problem, quite the opposite and nice to be a little further from the tourist route. Very secure location, with gated access. EVERYTHING you need for your holiday is in the villa for your convenience. The management company are on hand if you do have a problem..We would not look for any other villa to rent in the Orlando area, Perfect !

2nd visit for us (yes, it really is that good), had my 40th Birthday out here (instead of a party back home). It was the best Birthday I could have wished for; being in Florida with my family. Villa Brilliant, parks excellent and the weather (on the 9's!!)

Hi Darryl, Well, here we are at the end of our stay in your superb home, and I have to say, leaving will be difficult. The place is better than we'd dare to hope! From the secure, quiet and beautiful setting, to the high quality bedding and towels, this villa is perfect! We were especially pleased with the pool and spa. On our first night we arrived, tired from a long days travelling, we jumped straight into the pool to cool off. We then settled into the spa, with a little drink, and watched a fabulous lightning storm in the distance. Bliss! We were also grateful for the comprehensive cable TV package provided. It kept us entertained on the lazy evenings after a long days foot-slogging in the park. All in all, it has been a marvelous holiday, and we wouldn't hesitate to use your home again. You will not be disappointed here! Everything you could wish for, very clean, good facilities, pool area is great, there is not one thing you could fault about this property. We have just returned from our second visit and have rebooked again for next year. Location is excellent everything is in easy reach. we would definitely recommend you stay here you will be so glad you did.

Having recently stayed at this home i can truly say it was a home away from home just with better weather,a pool and spa. oh and the fun of the US. From arriving after a long day of travel, i was greated with a large relaxing shower and a huge four poster bed that if my case would allow i would have taken in a shot. The home was superb in every aspect from cleanliness to the facilities and feel, real thought had gone into making this home different from others i have stayed in before, it had all the small personal touches you would wish for. Large TV for not only the kids but adults who loves sports with HD on demand. Heated pool and spa at a perfect temperature for my morning swim, to pay off the big meal from the night before. The bikes in the garage tennis rackets for the local courts, toys for the pool and of course air hockey table. It was fantastic in every way and if you hadnt guessed i would recommended it to anyone. I only wish i could have stayed longer or i lived there full time, well role on next spring as i shall be booking up soon, once the credit card has been paid off.

This villa is amazing.Good location, easy to access of main road and clear signed routes to all parks.Cleaned on our arrival to a very high standard.Everything has been thought of for you to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. We had 4 children and used the laundry area daily. Bedrooms were very comfortable and welcomed after long days in the parks.Full kitchen area, with full utilities. Publix supermarket (like tesco but better) a few miles away. We used to stock up on the way home from parks in the evenings every few days.The pool and jacuzzi are excellent and safe. Tennis courts around the corner, we're fab. Kids loved having tournaments on the air hockey table. They used the bikes to cycle through the complex. Roads are very quiet and safe, great area for runners / power walkers to exercise. Everyone very friendly from neighbours,residents and security staff.The owners have a very informative villa manual, full of useful information. Maps, restaurants , takeaway food and useful telephone numbers. Free local calls from the villa phone. No complaints at all, but beware of the USA sanitary sytems. The drainage pipes are smaller than at home, therefore flush toilets little and often to avoid problems. We will most definitley return to this villa on our next trip to Florida. My family and I stayed in this property from March 29th - April 13th 2010.Our first time in a villa as we have stayed in Quality Inn and Enclave Suites along International Drive previous years. I am always slightly apprehensive before we arrive to a rental property. Can it be as nice as the images on the web site ?or has it been allowed to run down since they were taken? We were overwhelmed on arrival by the bright decor, comfortable furnishings and utilities available to us. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and all linen / towels were good quality. Using the villa's beach towels saved us $25 per day in the waterparks ! The laundry room was a fabulous asset, no suitcases full of dirty washing to bring home! We are a family of 6, so it was a busy villa for the duration. The children always had plenty to occupy themselves, with the games room, pool,TV, tennis courts etc (rackets provided). I am a runner, and the complex had a 1.5m stretch of road running alongside the golf course which was safe (behind security gates)and virtually traffic free. The wildlife was unusual , I saw several snapper turtles crossing the roads on a morning, few armadillos, some lovely birds .On occasion one of the family would cycle out with me using the bikes from the villa.Wonderful start to the day. Everyone is so friendly in Florida in general, and Ridgewood Lakes was no exception. I have no gripes but if I must find a negative. Would have liked some basic cleaning products and bin liners leaving to spruce up after ourselves now and again without having to buy and leave them. Also the sewage system needs managing carefully as the pipes are narrower than in the UK. Not a lot the owners can do about that one. The owners are very good at responding to any emails/queries promptly. Overall, a home from home with added sunshine. Loved the whole villa experience and will be returing, and recommending to our friends.

In the 6 years that we have rented a villa in Florida this has got to be the nicest in terms or area and the actual villa. Here are the things we LOVED about this place: - very clean and very modernly decorated - cozy and comfy living room and beds - large screen TV in main room and tv's in each of the bedrooms - pool & spa to relax in and large and private backyard - 4 tennis courts to play on - golf near by - bikes to ride - lots of books and magazines to read - south facing pool and lots of towels - 4 comfortable and beautiful loungers - gas bbq - fully equipped kitchen - quiet, safe, manicured and friendly neighbourhood Really can't say enough about this place. Only thing we could think to add would be a pool table. We hope to be back next year!!!
