Our family room overlooks the lake and golf course with a door to the heated pool and patio area. There is a large 28" screen TV with cable and a DVD player with a large selection of DVD discs. There are playing cards,books and board games for guests' use. At the front of the house is a formal sitting room for quiet relaxing moments. |

The kitchen is equipped with a large range cooker with integral microwave oven over, American fridge with ice and water dispenser, George Forman grill plus a further large grill, a Black and Decker "Toast R Oven", dishwasher, waste disposal, electric can opener, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, vegetable steamer, toaster, baby bottle microwave steamer, plenty of cupboard space with dinner ware, glass ware, mugs and cutlery, pots and pans, casserole dishes, baking pans etc. There is a telephone on the desk offering free calls to the USA, Canada and Puerto Rica. |
| Dining |
There is a formal dining room at the front of the house with seating for 6 adults. For everyday meals, there is a glass table with 4 chairs in the nook and 4 high seated chairs at the bar of the kitchen. |
| Bedrooms |
The Master bedroom has a door leading to the heated pool and patio area with views of the lake and golf course, a King Size bed, a large clothes closet, telephone,telephone answer machine, new flat screen 22" colour TV/DVD, tasteful furniture and furnishings. New carpet installed 2 March 2010.
The Queen bedroom has a Queen size bed, clothes closet,TV and is decorated and furnished to a high standard, and has an adjoining bathroom.
There are a further two twin-bedded rooms with clothes closets and are tastefully furnished and decorated. They share a third bathroom. |

The Master bedroom en suite has a "his" and "hers" wash basin with cupboard storage, a large walk-in shower, a hydro bath and a doored toilet for privacy. A hairdryer is provided as well as hand wash, tissues and plenty of white fluffy bath and hand towels and wash cloths. There are a further 2 bathrooms, one has a walk in shower and "his" and "hers" wash basins, hairdryer, hand wash, tissues and plenty of white fluffy bath and hand towels and wash cloths.The last one has a bath with shower over and a single wash basin, hairdryer, hand wash, tissues and plenty of white fluffy bath and hand towels and wash cloths. |
| Pool |
The pool area has a cage over to keep out bugs and provides a certain amount of privacy. The pool is heated and has underwater colour changing lights.There are two tables, 2 loungers, 4 chairs and 2 reclining chairs with foot stools.
For peace of mind all doors leading to the pool area are alarmed. |
| Outside |
The front of the villa has shrubs, palm trees and plants as well as a lawned area. There is a driveway wide enough for 2 cars. The rear of the property has a lemon tree, palm trees providing extra privacy and is also lawned. It has been re-painted in March 2010. |
| Garage |
A large garage is provided where the golf buggy is kept. This can be used by guests who hold a current driving license only. Please note that any damage to the buggy will be charged from damage deposit. Tennis balls and rackets, golf balls and fishing rods and tackle as well as a charcoal BBQ with coals are also supplied for guests' use. The vacuum cleaner and brushes etc are kept here too. |

Free wireless internet access is provided but no computer. |
| Baby Equipment |
A good quality cot/crib with Poo Bear bedding is provided as well as a high chair, travel cot and a small pushchair,and a baby bottle microwave steamer. |
