The luxury fully fitted kitchen has ample work surfaces and is fitted with full size oven, hob, fridge freezer with ice maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. Adjoining the kitchen, is the breakfast nook with further table and chairs. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The separate dining is opposite the formal sitting area and is ideal should you wish to entertain in style. It has a full length table (seats 8), however, for more informal meals there is a table and chairs in the kitchen. |

A full range of patio furniture is provided. The pool enjoys un-interrupted golf and lake views. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced and if staying in the cooler season arrangements can be made to have the pool heated. NEW POOL SLIDE INSTALLED providing hours of fun for the family.

The villa is located on Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club; which is a private gated community with security present between 4pm and 6am every day.
The golf course is a par 72 championship semi-private golf course designed by Ted McAnlis and located approximately 2.5 miles south of I-4; just 12 minutes southwest of Walt Disney World Resort and other area attractions. Sculpted from lush, rolling ranch land, the course features water and /or wetlands on all 18 holes. Generous landing areas, receptive greens and a minimum of forced carries makes it challenging yet fair and playable. Four sets of trees serve to challenge players of any skill level.

Good place to stay
We stayed there for 4 nights over Christmas. Had 4 bedrooms and a decent sized pool. The grounds were well kept, even has a nice view of golf course. Location jad easy access to Disney and shopping was close by. Gaited community made us feel safe.

A holiday of a lifetime!
We received great service from the initial booking through to the actual holiday. Reassurance was given when we asked a couple of simple questions as we had not travelled to the us before; the home was perfect and when we had a couple of queries on arrival we were helped immediately. The location is lovely and quiet; I think local residents thought we were unusual taking a walk around the area! We loved the pool the best at the property, the friendliness of the Floridians and the whole experience. We all wish we were back there now ...

Holiday at Ridgewood Lakes
We have just returned from our holiday at Ridgewood lakes.The villa was supurb with exellent amenities tv internet connection telephone pool and garage etc ,and situated on an A1 golf course ideal for all golf h/caps you can relax and watch golf play on the 4th tee to the fairway from the pool area. We enjoyed our 3 weeks at Ridgewood Lakes and hope to return next year.

A superior accomodation with a beautiful view over
The service from the owners is exceptional and they have carefully chosen this property for its location and links with easy access to the attractions and within 2 hours of the Gulf Coast.
We couldn't have wished for better holidays and have re-visited several times, the children, even in their late teens want to return and recapture the magic!

We have stayed in this property five times and have found the standard to be consistently excellent. It has excellent access to the motorway network and is within easy reach of all the theme parks and both coast lines and very easily found from both airports.
The house is very spacious and family friendly, also suitable for adults on a golfing holiday, excellent golf course.
There are plenty of good local restaurants, but our favourite being the Outback steakhouse, being a 15 min drive on Highway 192. The recent shopping development offers more choices.
Just love Florida and the house just adds to the pleasure.

We Recommend this Villa and Community
My wife and I have stayed at this house for over a three month period during the last few winters. We have found this house to be clean, comfortable, and centrally located to all the Central Florida attractions. It is only a short ride to Disney, which is one of our family favorites. It is close by to many great restaurants, food stores, and malls. It is only minutes away from Interstate 4.
The house is roomy and bright. For those of you who like to golf you are only a short drive to the clubhouse. Part of the golf course abuts your rear yard. Attached to the house is the fully screened and heated swimming pool. One of the nicest parts of staying here is that it has all the conveniences of home. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook up a gourmet meal. Should you prefer to spend a lazy afternoon by the pool the BBQ is available.
Paul and Jill are great hosts. Over the years my wife and I have made a few requests and Paul and Jill have always accommodated our wishes. Well I could go on and on about this house and its owners. There are really no negatives to report. I would recommend this villa to anyone without any reservations.

Excellent
Went with two other couples the lad's enjoyed playing golf at the attached golf course which was a stone throw from the villa whilst the girls spent the time in the large swiming pool and toping their tan's up.
it was also well situated for the local attractions like Disney world\Universal and others
I would Definitely stay again.

Excellent home in a great location
We had a wonderfull holiday in a beautifully kept home. We have previously stayed at this property and it was as nice as ever. The view from the pool area is stunning and i loved watching the sun come up each morning from here. The second lounge is also really appealing as we can get away from the hustle of a bustle of the rest of the family for a quiet read each day. Applebees on Highway 27 is a real family favourite also.
