Ridgewood Lakes’ greens are among the finest to be found at any Orlando-area golf course because we are the only central Florida course with CHAMPIONS TURF greens. We meticulously maintain the grounds now that we have leveled every tee box on the course and replenished each greenside bunker with new sand. Our huge investment in landscaping makes you feel like you are in a true tropical paradise and with only a 15-minutes drive away from the gates of Walt Disney World and the main shopping area along the 192 and International Drive, which is easily accessed within minutes from the I-4 and US 27 there are lots of activities for the whole family to enjoy!.
The lounge area is a large and comfortable area which consists of 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa along with chair and pedestal. Patio doors to the poolside and for entertainment there's a massive 42" Cinema Surround LCD TV with dvd player, Hifi radio and cd player and high speed internet access.
Large American Style Kitchen with Breakfast nook. The stylish and modern kitchen offers all conveniences including conventional cooker and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, storage units and crockery for indoor/ outdoor use. It also has a breakfast table for 4 if you prefer to snack and drink away from the main dining table.
The dining area is an area off from the living room and next to the kitchen to enjoy family meals seating up to 8 people, just perfect fot those nights in.

Master bedroom with super-size king bed (not shown), en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and his and hers' vanity units. 32" LCD wall mounted TV (not shown). Co-ordinately furnished with window drapes, leather rocker/ recliner and artificial plants.
Three further bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds in each, all with wall mounted LCD TVs (not shown). All rooms are maintained to a high standard, furnished well and provide ample storage.

The Master bathroom has a celebrity style mirror, his and hers' wash basins and spacious walk-in shower. The second bathroom accommodates similar with single wash basin and choice of bath or shower.
The Family/ Games room has new full size pool table (not shown), recently renovated walls/ floors and small and adult size bikes for enjoying rides around Ridgewood Lakes.
The private heated swimming pool (30ft x 14ft) is within a fully screened bathing area. There is a range of attractively cushioned poolside furniture consisting of sun lounges, table and chairs. A pool blanket is provided to help retain heat, or if you prefer a warmer pool for night time swimming or during the cooler months, pool heating is available at £75 or $120 per week.
The surrounding pool area is covered in cool decking and provides enough room for sunbathing, whilst a screened cover excludes insects from the poolside for those relaxing sunny days. We also look onto a lake a nature reserve giving you a superb view from breakfast to night.
The Garden at the front of the property is kept all year round by our wonderfull management company.
The garage is a double garage and there is also a drive way. Although fitted with a pool table, the floor is painted so sliders allow you to move the pool table to one side should you need to park inside the garage.
We have high speed wireless internet access for your convenience.
Baby facility hire is available from our management company should this be required.
There is use of a satellite navigation system in the hom to help you find your way around. It already contains favourites such as Sea world, Universal Studios, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and many more! You will also find places to eat in and around Orlando!

I travelled to florida in june for three weeks, along with my boyfriend and two close friends of ours. We are all between 21 and 24 and had an amazing time. Alot of people did not want to rent to us as we are only young, but andrew was very helpful and kind, and trusted us to stay at his property. When we arrived everything was fantastic the villa was very clean and everything was of a high standard. I would certainly recommend Andrew and this villa as we had a fantastic stay. His management company were very helpful whilst we were staying at the villa. I will definately be returning in the near future!!
