The house is located in a small, residential development just off US Route 27, almost directly opposite the beautiful Golf Course of Highland Reserve. A two-storey, detached property, it is set on a large plot and is within easy reach of all the Attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. The Gulf Coast is just an hour away and Highway 192, with all its restaurants and shopping opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car.
 

Bedrooms

A good night's sleep awaits you in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor, at the rear of the villa, with direct access to the lounge. This comfortably furnished room is completely private and is equipped with a king size bed. As you would expect, there is a a walk in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The room also has patio doors with screens, giving you direct access to the pool.

The second bedroom is located upstairs, at the front of the villa. The room is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a dressing table and a built-in closet.

The third bedroom is located upstairs, at the front of the villa. The room is furnished with twin beds, a bedside table, a dressing table and a built-in closet.
