<p style="text-align: justify; ">Grove Villa is situated in a quiet location in the rolling hills of Central Florida with its abundance of lakes, orange groves and golf courses. It is ideally located, just 10 miles from the main Disney World complex yet well away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando and Kissimmee traffic, providing a relaxing atmosphere in which to enjoy your vacation. The accommodation comfortably sleeps 8 and has a south facing pool and spa.</p>

Living

The Family Room

The main living area is spacious and looks out over the pool, spa and conservation area beyond.

The Den

The second lounge ‘The Den’ doubles as a fourth bedroom and has a large sofa that converts to a queen sized sofa bed.
Kitchen

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and in the center of the home. The layout is open plan and can be accessed from the family room, dining and breakfast areas making it the perfect place to socialize while preparing a meal. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker, juicer, pots and pans, full set of cutlery and crockery.

Laundry Room

Off the kitchen is a laundry room which has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

There is a formal dining area and a separate breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen.

En- suite bathroom - adjoins the Master Bedroom with large walk in shower, bath, twin wash hand basins and WC.

2nd bathroom has bath, shower, twin wash hand basins and has a door onto the patio/pool area.

Hairdryers are available in both bathrooms.
Games Room

Games room is fitted with pool table, table tennis, air hockey, adult and children's dart board.
Pool

Heated south facing pool and spa with adequate loungers and chairs with extended deck area.
Outside

The pool and spa are south facing so you can enjoy the sun all day long. There is a large lanai with table and chairs when you need to take a break from the sun and sun loungers when you need to take a break from the shade.

There is an extended deck outside the caged area for those brave enough to take on the full strength of the sun or to BBQ.

An open outlook to the rear gives a private and uninterrupted view of the orange grove in the distance.
