Orange Tree - Allow us to share our home with you

There is a spacious living area, which has direct access to the pool/lanai area. As well as plenty of seating for everyone there is a large LCD TV with over 60 channels and a DVD player.

The kitchen is light and airy and all essential equipment is supplied along with dishwasher. There is seating for 4 people together with a computer with wireless internet connection. The phone is located in the kitchen.  Local and national phone calls are free and international calls are free for a limited time.

For those special family occasions there is a dining area with space for everyone to sit together and enjoy their meal.

The villa has 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite facilities.  One master bedroom has a king size bed and access direct to the pool area. Through the ensuite bathroom is a walk in closet  where a small safe is installed.  The second master suite has a queen size bed, built in closets and its own bathroom.  The other bedrooms are twin bedrooms with built in closets and a bathroom between the rooms.  One of the twin bedrooms looks over the pool area and has a PS2 as well as TV. All bedrooms have TV's, bedside clocks and ceiling fans.

There are 3 bathrooms, of which 2 are en-suite.  The master bathroom is a large room with walk in shower, corner bath, his and hers vanity units and toilet.  The second ensuite has a bath with shower over, vanity unit and toilet. There is a 3rd bathroom situated between the two twin bedrooms which is also useful for when using the pool deck as access to the pool is nearby.

Pool, air hockey, fussball, basketball and electronic darts are available in the games room which is ideal for evenings when the younger children are asleep or whilst waiting for all the family to be ready for the theme parks. Also situated in the games room are the washing machine and dryer.

The pool, which can be heated in cooler months for a small charge, has underwater illumination and is surrounded by a removable safety fence.  On the decking is a recently installed Hot Tub, where you can ease away the aches and pains from a day at the theme parks.  There is a large lanai area where you can sit in the shade and enjoy al-fresco meals.  There are also some sun loungers for those who like the sun.  Pool heat is recommended from October - April.

Citrus Retreat is situated on a spacious plot on the Orange Tree development.  At the rear of the property is a fence which blocks off our rear neighbours.  The lower part of the pool screening is extra thick for your privacy and hedging is growing up between our pool area and our neighbours.

Wireless internet access is available with a computer situated in the kitchen so that you do not need to bring your laptop with you. There is also a printer which means that you can check-in online for your flights and print your boarding pass!

We want the younger members of the family to enjoy their holiday so as well as a stroller, crib and high chair being available we also have a baby monitor and bed guard.
