THE LIVING ROOM

The living room is also fully carpeted and contains a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, an armchair, coffee table and 2 matching end tables. The room overlooks the pool and sundeck.

THE FAMILY ROOM

The family room has a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and 2 end tables. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort, and there is a 32" flat screen colour TV which is linked to cable and a DVD/Audio CD player. In the cabinet you will find numerous CDs and DVDs (including many latest releases and Disney films) for your entertainment. Another set of patio doors leads out onto the covered porch, lanai and pool.

THE NOOK

The nook has a dining table and 4 chairs. It overlooks the pool and sundeck. The patio doors lead out onto the covered porch, lanai and pool. Which in turn leads into the Kitchen.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

Full oven and hob, microwave, double sink with waste disposal, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener and telephone.

The adjoining utility room contains a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

THE DINING ROOM

The dining room is fully carpeted and contains a formal dining table with 6 chairs. It looks out to the front of the villa through 2 arched windows.

1ST MASTER BEDROOM

The 1st master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, clock radio, telephone and cable feeding a flat screen TV. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort. Patio doors lead directly onto the covered porch and pool. Between the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom there is a walk in closet where there is a safe for your use.

2ND MASTER BEDROOM

The 2nd master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a dresser, 2 night stands, clock radio, telephone, double wardrobe and cable feeding a flat screen TV. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort. 
There is an additional closet between the bedroom and the en-suite shower room.

BEDROOMS 3 AND 4

The 3rd double bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, radio, 2 walk-in double wardrobes and a ceiling fan for added comfort.

The 4th double bedroom has 2 twin beds, a dresser, radio, a walk-in double wardrobe and a ceiling fan for added comfort.

The en-suite bathroom for the first master bedroom comprises 2 separate vanity units, separate WC, bath tub, large shower, hair dryer, and fully tiled floor.

The en-suite shower room for the 2nd master bedroom comprises a vanity unit, WC, a separate full length glass-screened shower and a fully tiled floor.A door leads out onto the covered porch, lanai and pool.

The 3rd bathroom is between bedrooms 3 and 4 comprising vanity unit, WC, and bath with overhead shower. The floor is fully tiled.

The 30' swimming pool can be heated if required and has underwater lighting and steps. One end is 3' deep for the safety of children and non-swimmers the other 6'. It is well away from any traffic noise. A pool fence surrounds the pool (which can be removed) for the safety aspects of small children.

POOL, LANAI AND SUNDECK

The pool is East-West oriented so facing south for maximum sunshine. The surround and patio is paved for coolness (you don't burn your feet however hot the day is), is fully screened and looks over the beautiful orange groves. 
 

The oversized 30' swimming pool can be heated if required and has underwater lighting and steps. One end is 3' deep for the safety of children and non-swimmers the other 6'.

It is well away from any traffic noise.

Patio tables with chairs and sun loungers are provided together with a gas barbecue. The covered lanai/porch area (23' x 10') has 2 ceiling fans for added comfort. There are security bars and alarms on all doors leading to the pool area from inside the villa to ensure the safety of your children. Side fencing has been erected to give total privacy to the rear of the villa. 

There is a full double garage with remote garage door opening. Ideal for driving into when raining or in complete security.

The villa is a non-smoking villa and it also has a double integral garage. For the younger children a cot, high chair and pottie are available and a play area is only a hundred yards away. A tennis court is also available for use free of charge nearby.
