'The Palms' at Orange Tree - Luxury 4 Bed 3 Bath Florida Villa

Fully air-conditioned with all modern facilities. The lounge has a vaulted ceiling with plenty of natural lighting and comfortable seating, where after a long day enjoying the local attractions you can relax in front of our 42" LED Flat screen with Cable television, DVD and Wii Station.There is access from the lounge to the pool and extensive patio area and Sun Terrace via patio doors. There is free WiFi throughout the Villa.

The kitchen / breakfast area consists of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and all other modern convieniences expected from a luxury Villa. It also features a table with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. We have also provided an ironing board and iron.

The separate formal dining has a glass top and would seat six adults comfortably. Ideal for those dinner parties in the evening.

The Villa has four spacious bedrooms two of which are Master bedrooms, both with ensuite facilities. The first Master bedroom has a King size bed and Cable TV. The second Master bedroom has a Queen size bed  with Cable TV. There are two further twin bedrooms, both with Cable TV. One of the bedrooms has it's own play station console whilst the other bedroom has an I Pod docking system with CD player. 

The Master bedroom has a walk in closet. The ensuite has a 'his and hers' wash sinks, a large roman bath/tub and a double walk in shower unit. There is a private access to the pool and patio/lounge area through the en suite. The en suite also includes a toilet.

The second en suite includes a bath with a shower unit, a sink and toilet.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a third bathroom with sink, bath and shower facilities and a further toilet.

The double garage houses a full size 8 foot, quality pool table, a full size table fussball, table tennis and dartboard There is also a 32" TV with Cable television and DVD. We have provided 5 tennis rackets and balls, a basketball and football for use at the recreation area which is close to the Villa. A ceiling fan and extra lighting has been provided for extra comfort and lighting. Wi Fi is also available in the games room.

The large 30ft x 15ft swimming pool is so inviting you will not want to leave it. For your peace of mind there is a child safety screen to keep the little ones well away from the water. The screen is not intrusive and can be removed if you so require. We have provided a Patio table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast as the sun comes up or alternatively just to eat el-fresco in the evening whilst being calmed by the multi coloured fibre-optic pool lighting. You will also find plenty of lounge seating to ensure that you can soak up the warm Florida sun or just relax and read a book. Outside the pool deck is a large 400 square foot paved sun terrace and patio area ideal for those informal BBQ's or full on sun bathing  The rear of the property is totally enclosed with an 8 foot fence to ensure your complete privacy.

If you are a keen golfer you will find the Villa is ideally situated close to over 25 Golf courses, including the famous Champions Gate Golf Complex. As a temporary resident of Orange Tree, you will also be afforded access to the wide range of facilities on the development such as the Basketball court, Tennis court, Soccer pitch and kiddies play park, all just a short stroll from the Villa.

The Villa has full and free Wireless internet throughout and even extends to the pool area and sun terrace.

We have provided a cot, highchair and pushchair which are all free of charge.
