1 week shopping 1 week on coast
this is our 3rd vist to this beautiful villa in 2 years and as previous reviewer says just book it , sadly think were orlando,d out but when my niece,s sons a bit bigger in 2 years would have no hesitation in treating them to a villa experience of this quality ,once again overall presentation cleanliness owner to customer communication excellent thank you george and christine we have never met but will never forget you

Just book it!!
If you are thinking about it, don't, just book it!! When we arrived the villa was spotlessly clean, the side lights were on, which was very welcoming. We have stayed around this area before and know the location is perfect. You are so near to everything, but far enough to chill out in the peace and quiet.
This is not like a rental home, it has all the little touches of someone who lives here, so it has such a nice feel to it. The view of the lake from the pool is just beautiful.
The fishing was lovely, the pool was wonderful, we even did some bike riding, the villa could not have been better. The late check out, because no one was going in that day, was fantastic! it just finished the holiday off. There was no extra charge for the late check out, which some do!
Don't delay! book today! with confidence you will have a great stay.

We'll Be Back!!! (Add appropriate Austrian accent)
What a fabulous place to spend our holiday, we are familiar with both the area and location but were pleasantly surprised with your villa. Light and spacious but with lots of extra personal touches that made it feel more homely not quite so much a holiday rental. When we arrived the villa had been beautifully prepared and obviously very well cleaned. As the pool overlooks the lake and has trees around it you feel secluded and private enough to wander round in your swimsuit all day!
This villa is in a great location, far enough from the main road but close enough to all the facilities on Highway 192 so you don't have to travel far to eat or shop. Disney is very close especially if you use the secret back route along Sherberth Road.
George sent us friendly emails with advice and tips before we went and even called us to make sure everything was ok during our stay. Thank you George and Chris, you are so lucky to have such a beautiful villa, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate in recommending your home to anybody. winter sun and shopping
after visiting in april we wanted some winter sun and bargains well we got 3 with the villa as well , nice changes to some furnishings since april and painted outside heard from neighbour george is constantly on go to make sure accomodation is impeccable for his guests, as already stated villa is within easy short drive to theme parks ,and a 15 min walk to eateries a must try is golden coral, thank you george and chris for allowing us to use your beautiful villa

Fantastic Holiday Home
The house was excellent very spacious with everything you need for your stay. The rooms were very comfortable and clean throughout very well maintained. Location is brilliant, we have been to orlando a few times in the past and this is the best house and location we have stayed. George has been so helpful, and very kindly posted us the items we left behind !!!!!

Wonderful!!!!
Second stay at this property within the last 2 years and the standard is higher again,The house itself is very spacious and has lots of high quality fittings,the pool and lania area is just great,backing onto a lake with breath taking views its the best way to relax after a hard day at the parks.
Located quite close are numerous restaurants,shops etc, I must recommend The Red Lobster and Applebees and Tropical Rain Forest at Downtown Disney for dining, they were excellent.
People say that going to Orlando is not relaxing,it is when you are staying in property like thisand we have been many times.
Chris/George we thank you again!!the house is just magic!! and oneday we may have one like this.
We shall return.

spring in florida
this is not home from home this is a luxury home from home an exceptional well equipped and furnished house plenty of room for 8 people ,with view over lake ,easy short drive to all parks ,from lazy mornings by pool then visiting parks in afternoon or early start and relaxing evening with bbq and chilled wine,even bbq supplied,well equipped games room not used fishing my thing george even supplies all the tackle would we use again yes we going in november thank you george for allowing us to use your house

A little bit of magic in the sunshine state.
Nothing but praise for the owners George and Chris.Beautiful well appointed home close to all amenities and disney.The house had everything you could think of to enjoy your holiday that little bit more.Nice and quiet area to stay.Would we go back and reccommend this villa to people,you bet we would so much so we are going for christmas and new year this year.

Fantastic base for a fantastic holiday!
We stayed in this Villa in August 2009. It was the perfect location in Florida, we were only 10 minutes away from most of the parks and attractions but it is in a great residential area so on the days that you want to chill it is great for that to. The fishing in the Lake the Villa is on was great and all the equipment comes included free at the Villa. George and Chris also rang while we were staying to make sure everything was ok and to see if there was anything they could do which was a nice touch. It is close to lots of great restaurants and also it is really close to a lot of the Oulet Centres for people who want to go shopping. Cant recommend this Villa highly enough!!
