Set in the heart of the Disney tourist area is Mango Key located on Lindfields Blvd.  A small friendly resort of 33 townhouses offering a peaceful relaxing place which is close to all the Disney Magic .

Take a  short drive and you will be at Sea World and Discovery Cove where you can swim with the  dolphins. A few miles further and you will find Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

There is a wide selection of shops,supermarkets and restaurants within a 2 miles drive however there is a small selection within walking distance.

Our  friendly management team have their office, and guest services, on site at Mango Key  and are there to ensure you have a memorable vacation.

Golfers you have a wide selection of championship courses within a 15 minutes drive. Discount tickets for some courses are available at guest services.

Living

The open plan lounge/dining room is fully tiled, has 2 Sofas (1 opens to queen bed), foot stool, coffee table, side tables as well rugs and lamps. Cable TV, VCR and DVD. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and there is also a breakfast bar. The room is tastefully furnished with pictures, and mirrors etc to make our house a real home from home. A ceiling fan is fitted for your added comfort.

 The loft gallery has a double futon/sofa, set of drawers and a table lamp

Kitchen

The kitchen has all the modern appliances you would expect in a luxury home. It is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, glasses, pots and pans etc.

 Utility Area has washing machine and tumble dryer, a vacuum, brushes etc.

Bedrooms

2 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor and has a King size bed, large closet, sets of drawers and cabinets, lamps, cable TV and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom is upstairs and has twin beds, large closet, various cabinets  and drawer, lamps,cable TV and ceiling fan.

Bathrooms

2 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

Both en-suite bathrooms are tiled and have over bath shower, wc, vanity unit and a wall mounted hair dryers.
 

Pool

The crystal clear pool and spa are heated all year to a temperature of around 83 degrees. Enjoy the pleasure of swimming in a heated pool without worrying about the heating costs. These are in a raised position overlooking Mango Key Lake. The tinkling of water from the fountain is refreshing on a hot day.

The pool deck is set in landscaped grounds with palm trees, orange trees etc. There is a plentiful supply of sun loungers, tables and chairs as well as umbrellas for those who want some shade.  For safety and security the pool area is fenced. 

Being so close to the attractions you can come home for a swim in the afternoon and go back to the parks in the evening refreshed

Outside

Set in large open landscaped grounds, the front of the house looks out on gardens, drive way, and parking bays. The rear looks onto well maintained gardens and BBQ area.

From the lounge two sets of patio doors open onto a fully screened  tiled patio/lanai which has a table and 4 chairs, 2 loungers, small tables and lamps. For your comfort there is a ceiling fan.

The communal BBQ area is set up with BBQs, tables and benches where you can enjoy a 'cook-up' in pleasant surroundings. 

Internet

You will have free Wireless Internet Access however you will need to bring along your own computer. For guests without their own computer you can freely use the one in guests services.

Call home for free as we have provided free long distance and international phone calls to USA, Canada, UK and 30 other countries.

Accessible

We welcome guests with disabilities. Parking is directly outside the house and there are no steps or obstructions so entry to our property is wheelchair accessible with ease.  As the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are on the ground floor our house is suitable for guests with disabilities. We do not supply disabled equipment however we can arrange rental through our management company.

Pets Pets Considered - No

We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets except service dogs.

Coast and Beaches. Drive about an hour east and you will be at Cocoa beach and then onto The Space centre where you can experience the thrill of the space programme.Time it right and you might even catch a shuttle launch. Drive west and you will be on the beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

Our home has air conditioning and central heating, We supply all towels and linens, including pool towels

Guest Services offer discounted attraction and dinner show tickets as well as fax and copying services

If your required dates are not available then please let us know as we can often make arrangements with an owner of an identical house at the same rates.

Lindfields in Kissimmee Florida

Luxury Orlando villas to rent on Lindfields located just off HWY192. Lindfields was one of the first vacation rentals communities in the disney area so the homes are on much larger plots than many of the newer villas. Lindfields is very close to lots of shops, restaurants and Disney this is a great place to explore all that the area has to offer. Rental rates additional information

Florida state tax of 13% will be added to these prices. Stays of less than 5 nights will incurr a cleaning charge of £42. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card through our managers secure site. A refundable security deposit of £150/$250 is required . A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before commencement of vacation We offer a 5% discounts to guests who pay by cash or cheque/check. We can sometimes offer discounted rates depending on availability or for long term rents.

florida holiday

After being double booked with first choice 2 days before departure, I contacted Isabel, the owner of this house and she managed to juggle things around and let us rent the house for 10 days - absolutely spotless, everything you need, well equipped kitchen, pool area lovely and quiet, all in all an excellent place to stay. Thank you Isabel, you're an angel x
