Indian Ridge 4/5-Bed 2-Bath Florida Villa

The first thing that strikes you as you walk into the villa is how spacious it is.  With high vaulted ceilings and a split floor plan, the living area is enormous.  There are two lounges in the form of the living room and the family room.  High-definition cable TV or a DVD can be enjoyed on the living room's 52" flatscreen after a hard day at the attractions.  The family room has its own colour TV with cable.
 

The fully-fitted kitchen incorporates all the modern appliances that you would expect to find in a home of this standard: cooker with extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher and waste-disposal.  Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are also supplied.

A separate room houses the laundry, equipped with an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.  A fixed safe protects your valuables (key held by Management Company).

The formal dining room is beautiful with its black polished table and glass-fronted cabinet.

A breakfast table is set aside next to the sliding doors that open on to the patio so that you may enjoy the morning Sun as you prepare for the day ahead.

However, most of the time you'll probably just choose to eat outside at the patio dining table.

The whole house is air-conditioned.  It can sleep up to ten people in two double rooms, two twin "character" rooms and a double bed-settee in the living room.  The master bedroom has a walk-in closet while all other bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes, providing ample space to store your clothes and gifts.

The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with "his'n'hers" sinks, walk-in shower and sunken bath.  The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower and a door that opens directly onto the patio.

The latest addition to the villa is our exciting new games room. The converted double garage now houses air hockey and table football tables, 52" flatscreen with high-def cable, electronic dart board and treadmill.

As the highlight of your stay, it is important that the pool is perfect.  The filtered 30' x 15' pool is set into a 40' x 25' patio area that stays cool enough to walk on with bare feet even in the hottest weather.  The patio faces south and is therefore in the Sun all day long, keeping the pool warm in all but the coldest weeks of winter.  Additional heating can be provided for an extra fee.  A spa is built into one corner of the deck and the pool is illuminated at night by underwater lights.  Next to the house, the covered porch protects a patio dining set.  Sun loungers are also provided.  The whole area is covered with the unique Florida screening, which allows the Sun through while at the same time protecting from insects and other unwanted guests.  A removable child safety fence surrounds the pool, which is serviced and cleaned weekly by the Management Company.

Originally intended as a luxury executive home, this is the largest type of villa on the Indian Ridge estate, which is widely regarded as one of the best locations in Florida.  It is surrounded by half an acre of landscaped garden so it is not overlooked by neighbouring properties.  The community is comprised entirely of detached villas and, as a guest, you have access to the on-site picnic area, play park, basketball hoop, tennis courts, football field, large open-air pool and Cabaña.  The entire area is immaculate and the overall impression is one of space, beauty and peace.

The telephone allows free local calls and can be used to make long-distance calls with a credit card.

Cot and highchair are provided.

There are no stairs in the property, all rooms are wheelchair accessible and both bathrooms include a walk-in shower.

This home is extremely well-maintained and has a great local support network. All the facilities you could want in the house, and ideally situation for Disney. Local Winn Dixie, Red Box video rental and Taste of China (awesome!) - and just a short drive to SuperTarget and Flippers pizza (super yummy!). The villa owners are wonderful to deal with. Definitely recommend this villa!

We found Angela's villa to be really comfortable, a home from home. Lots of towels, crockery etc. Excellent location. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool (as did Grsndad!), the games room was well equiped and they also enjoyed that too. Problem with safe was soon resolved, thank you management co who came out promptly. All in all, would certainly recommend the villa to friends and family.

Returned from a very enjoyable holiday at this villa. Excellent location, very convenient for Posner Parkway and theme parks. Villa well equipped with a host of books, games, etc. Games room a real bonus. High standard of decoration and immaculate. We were impressed with management company and stress free booking procedure. Would certainly recommend.

Recently back from a fantastic holiday in Florida and we all had a great time at this lovely villa. Clean, beautifully presented with lots of excellent facilities. Our first time in Florida so we had lots of questions before we left and the owners were always extremely helpful. Hope to be back again next year.

We found the booking process smooth and easy. Our first impression,clean and fresh villa.South facing pool+spa that's not immediately overlooked by any neighbours. The management company responded quickly for our request to rent a bbq for the week & we felt safe in the family friendly neighbourhood. Taxi from here to Downtown Disney was about $20. I would recommend the owners invest in a pool table and I will be back again next year. Thank You.
