Lounge area 2 - Full size sofa and two seater sofa, 50" flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, views over the pool area and deck.

Cable TV with Disney Channel, Nickelodeon etc plus wireless internet.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with American style fridge/freezer and ice maker, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.  Separate laundry room with washer and dryer.  Breakfast bar with six stools. Highchair.

Formal dining area with beautiful solid oak table and six chairs overlooking pool area.

Bedroom 1 - Master suite with huge king size bed and ensuite bathroom with direct access to pool deck - ideal for your morning and evening swims, TV.

Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed

Bedroom 3 & 4 - Twin beds, Disney themed.

All rooms have ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. There is a travel cot and bedding which can be made up for your arrival on request at no extra charge.

Master ensuite has full size walk in shower, WC and his and hers sinks. Large closet for clothes and suitcases.

Family bathroom with full size bath with shower over, WC and sink set in vanity unit.

Oversized pool (32' x 16') with depth from 3' to 6'.  Solar panels heat the pool from May - September and usually lift the temperature by around 15 degrees F over an unheated pool.  This is provided free of charge.  Additional heat will be required over the winter and is advisable if you wish to swim in comfort. This is chargeable at £10 - £15 per night, if required.

Pool and huge private screened deck are south west facing with pleasant, secluded outlook. You can find sun or shade all day on the deck dependent on your preference. All doors are alarmed to prevent children from accessing the pool area unnoticed. At night the pool can be attractively lit with our led colour changing pool light which kids and adults will love in the dark. Great fun!

Four loungers, Gas BBQ and seating for 8 adults around a large glass dining table.

Located on a large 1/4 acre corner plot with an oversized pool and screened deck.  Very pleasant outlook with the definite advantage of not looking directly into your neighbours pool area!  South west facing.  Gas BBQ provided free of charge, 4 comfy loungers and outdoor seating for 8+ people for outdoor dining etc.

High speed wireless internet provided free of charge.  We do not provide a PC

Pack and play cot and bedding provided, stroller, highchair, alarmed doors to prevent access to the pool area.

We throughly enjoyed our holiday and found the villa very comfortable and really well equipped. The pool is lovely and bigger than usual - there was lots of room for us to relax on the sunbeds while the children played. Indian Ridge is really quiet and peaceful, but still very conventient to all the parks and shopping.

We were fortunate to be able to stay at Mike and Julie's house for our visit to WDW for our daughter's 9th birthday and Christmas. The house was clean, comfortable and well-laid out - my girls loved the island in the kitchen and I don't think they ate anywhere else! The location is perfect for visiting WDW - an easy and quick trip to the park entrance, and many restaurants nearby, as well as a Publix. The management company was VERY responsive the one time we needed them, and that was a great peace of mind. It was pretty cold in Florida when we were there, but we did heat the pool, and the girls enjoyed that, when we weren't at WDW. We had lots of room to spread out and everyone, from my children to my mother, loved the house! In fact, the girls were very sorry to leave - I think we are going to consider this our "home" in Florida from now on! I would definitely recommend this house - and hopefully we'll be able to rent it again when we come back!

The villa was excellent. It was very comfortable and clean and there was everything you needed to ensure the holiday was relaxed and stress free. The pool was an added bonus after a busy day at the parks with plenty of space to sunbathe or chill with a good book in the shade. The location was great. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants and only 10 mins by car to Disney parks. This was our first stay in a villa in Florida and I would not hesitate to book this villa again should I return in the future.

Thank You for letting us have your home for 2 FANTASTIC weeks. The villa was in the perfect location for all the theme parks and Restaurants.The pool was great with the added bonus of it being heated.This is our 7th visit to florida and we found this villa to be one of the best we have stayed at, it has everything you need for a Fab Hoilday. The Management Team were very helpfull when we needed them they are realy lovely people. The villa is very well maintained and is perfect in every way. We would defiantly book this villa again. Thank You so much for making our holiday a Grrrrreat one.

I MUST SAY HOW MUCH WE ENVY MIKE&JULIE IN HAVING A LOVELY HOME IN KISSIMMEE. WE FOUND THE POOL AN ABSOLUTE JOY, OUR GRSNCHILDREN DID NOT WANT GET OUT. HAVING TWO SITTING ROOMS WAS IDEAL AS WE COULD GET A LITTLE BIT OF PEACE. LOCATION PERFECT. IDEAL FOR FAMILYS. WE FOUND IT ALL VERY ENJOYABLE AT THIS LOCATION.
