Rental rates additional information
A separate £350 Security Deposit cheque is required at the time of balance. This will be retained until 10 days after departure of the guest. In the unfortunate event of damage/loss then this will be affected. However, it will otherwise be shredded or returned, whichever you prefer.
Deposit of 20% required within 7 days of booking. Balance due within 8 weeks of arrival at villa + security deposit cheque.
Cancellations - Between 4-8 weeks of arrival = 50% of total cost; Less than 4 weeks before arrival = Loss of 100%.
Pool heating is £20 per day - we normally recommend between Nov and March.
