As you enter the villa, you walk into the bright, spacious formal sitting and dining area, which seats 6. Through an archway you enter the kitchen, which is the centre of the house, fully equiped to make a meal for the whole family. The breakfast area seats a further six, around the table or at the breakfast bar. The main family room is to the back of the house overlooking the pool area, comforable corner sofa gives everyone a great view of the flat screen TV. |

Located in Davenport just off HWY27 Highlands Reserve is a golf course community and a great place to explore all the attractions and Orlando theme parks. As you enter the community, past the welcoming waterfall and drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd, you will see the clubhouse on your right, and see various golf holes on either side of the road. The community is split into seven subdivisions, some with golf names you will recognise including Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf on the community, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse, the course is ideal for golfers of all levels, with it’s wide open fairways, and only one lake on the tenth hole, but the undulating greens will test even the best of golfers.
