Welcome grocery packs (from $35) can be pre-ordered to be delivered prior to your arrival. The packs can be tailored to suit any guest requirements, from special needs packs, to simple whims and fancies for specific items, to comprehensive Christmas grocery packs. Most requests can be accommodated.
The closest shops, bars and restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk from the villa.
Access Method: For your convenience, we operate a key lock box for which you will be given the unlock code 10 days before arrival.
Highlands Reserve villas to rent / vacation rentals only minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Located in Davenport just off HWY27 Highlands Reserve is a golf course community and a great place to explore all the attractions and Orlando theme parks. As you enter the community, past the welcoming waterfall and drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd, you will see the clubhouse on your right, and see various golf holes on either side of the road. The community is split into seven subdivisions, some with golf names you will recognise including Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf on the community, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse, the course is ideal for golfers of all levels, with it’s wide open fairways, and only one lake on the tenth hole, but the undulating greens will test even the best of golfers. A neighbouring Publix supermarket, makes Highlands Reserve and ideal community for a self catering Orlando villa holiday. We have a selection of 3 to 6 bedroom Highlands Reserve villas / vacation rentals available, please contact the owners direct to ask questions or book.

You won't want to leave
The villa was spotless and very relaxing with all the comforts you could wish for. The outside area with the great expanse of sky gives you a real sense of space along with peace and privacy. You won't want to leave!

Great view over the golf course, not overlooked
We found the villa an excellent place to stay in Orlando. Close to supermarkets and shops, and convenient for the parks (5 minutes to I4), but also very quiet. The view out the back is great over the golf course, you don’t feel overlooked, but it’s much nicer than the normal view of a road, fence, or someone else’s pool area! We will stay again.

Perfect for a family holiday
Perfect for an Orlando family holiday, very spacious inside with a very large living area and 5 comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is fantastic with quality equipment and plenty of cutlery and ware.The standard of decor is excellent and made for a very comfortable stay.
A very generous welcome pack was provided to get us started and there is an excellent Publix supermarket just outside the complex and an Applebees which is great for a reasonable meal.
It was great to have wifi as well.
The pool and lanai is above average in size and well maintained with comfortable seating.The view of the Golf course from the villa and lanai is excellent.
We didn't golf this time but the course is very accessible
There is a Games room which is great for the kids. There is also access to a tennis court and larger pool, which we used as well.
The whole experience was very pleasant and a great retreat from the hectic days at the parks.

Positively surprised
For having stayed already in this Villa a few years ago, I must admit that we have been positively surprised to see how the villa has been improved.
The decorations are greater, the new furniture in the living areas, in the bedrooms and around the swimming pool give really a special and better touch to the Villa, well more modern and more enjoyable.
Also the new games room in the garage in fantastic, above all this great new pool table(adult size).
The house was clean when we arrived, and we enjoyed the welcome package you offer to your guest.
My wife will add a positive comment on Tripadvisor (sorry in French) under her nickname Toscane.
We go to Orlando approximately every 2 years so definitively we will go back to the Villa 500.

By far the best villa we have ever stayed in!
We would all like to thank you for an absolutely wonderful holiday in your villa. This was our ninth year of visiting Florida and would like to say that Villa 500 was by far the best we have ever stayed in and great value for money. There is nothing that needs changing or improving, you have thought of everything. The welcome pack you supplied was absolutely amazing and extremely generous.
We would like to rebook for 3 weeks next year straight away please!

The best villa we have stayed in!
I can honestly say that of the 10+ villas I have stayed over the years Villa 500 is the best. The owner is helpful, the grocery welcome pack is comprehensive and the villa itself is well appointed and ideally located, just off the 192. The only down side is that we couldn't stay longer! I would definitely recommend this villa.

Highly recommended!
The stay here at Villa 500 has been excellent. The villa is very tastefully furnished to a high standard and spacious, ideal for two families sharing. It is very relaxing everything at your finger tips with superb views of the golf course but at the same time quite private and quiet. Watch out for the hot air balloons early in the morning and the sky writing. I would definately recommend Villa 500 to my friends and family, you won't be disappointed.
