The single storey 4 bed 2 ½ bath home comprises 1 King Master Bedroom with en suite, 1 Queen Master and 1 Twin Bedroom sharing a jack and gill bathroom, and a further twin room conveniently located close to the WC / half bathroom. This villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 1 infant (a full set of baby equipment is provided). For your ultimate comfort, and relaxation, every bed has been upgraded to Tempur-Pedic mattresses and pillows.
Each bedroom is also equipped with cable TV and HD LCD TVs.
The main living area is equipped with a huge HD TV with upgraded cable package, DVD player, and iPod dock
A large well equipped chef’s kitchen and 4 seat breakfast nook provide ample casual family dining. The home also boasts a magnificent open plan formal 8 seat dining room and second lounge.
A separate air conditioned Games Room offers a full size pool table and a Wii games console.
We also include free high speed broadband WIFI internet access - just bring your laptop!
The outside space is no less impressive than the interior. Our large, south westerly facing, completely private pool deck, has sunshine all day and wonderful sunsets. The fabulous (optionally heated) swimming pool, and the raised individually operated spa, both benefit from attractive accent planting, and have totally uninterrupted, private woodland conservation views. We have a large shady lanai area with an al fresco dining suite and sun loungers.
Located within the award winning, Mike Dasher designed Highlands Reserve Golf Course, on-site golf and complimentary tennis, swimming, and children’s playground facilities are just steps from your front door in this wonderful gated community. With just a short drive, you can also fish, boat, shop, bicycle, work out, see a movie, or enjoy the many local restaurants and clubs. If you want to spend a day at the beach, it’s West to Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg and the Gulf Coast or East to the Atlantic Coast all in about an hour.
