Our fully air-conditioned villa consists of:
- 2 Master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms 2 Twin room with own bathroom 1 Twin converts to King
- Private screened & heatable pool
- Toddler Safety Screen around the pool and Pool Door alarm
- The pool has removable toddler screen to prevent small children wandering into the pool plus a pool door alarm so you know they are safe.
- The covered Gazebo area offers a shady retreat from the hot Florida sun and is the perfect setting for an alfresco meal. At night, the area is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - bliss!! A table, chairs and sun loungers are all provided for your comfort.
- Tiggers villa can be reached very easily from both Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport.

Large Family Room
There is a Large (40")LCD Cable TV in the Family Room, with recently added 250+ Digital Cable TV with On Demand Channels, DVD Player, portable Stereo CD/Radio/Cassette player. There is a selection of DVDs free of charge and the latest DVD’s can be easily rented from the local video store - only 4 minutes drive and next to an excellent Chinese Takeaway & Pizzeria (they even deliver to Highlands Reserve). The Family room overlooks the pool and has comfortable seating and furnishings. There is a small library of books in the Unit
Formal Living and Dining Room
This large area to the front of the villa has two sofas one of which converts into a double bed should you require even more sleeping capacity, which means that our villa can sleep up to 10 people with ease. There is also a six place dinning table and chairs with full place settings. |

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with light oak cabinets and a comprehensive range of appliances. These include a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini oven to save time waiting for the large oven to heat and blender. Also included are a large range of quality tableware, glasses and cutlery. Plus a breakfast table. We have also provided a full set of high standard patio plastic wares for use by the poolside.their is a Cot Highchair and Stroller bedguard and a booster seat
Utility Room
For your comfort and convenience there is also a fully equipped utility room incorporating a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board and vacuum cleaner. This will allow you to pack the bare minimum of clothing so that you can fill up your cases on the way home with all those designer clothes from the many shopping malls. All towels and linens are provided for your comfort and convenience. Please note beach towels for use outside the villa are not provided. |

The en-suite features "his & hers" sinks with large mirror over, separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower and hairdryer. We have also provided a digital clock radio alarm for those early morning theme park days.
Master Bedroom 2
The Master 2 bedroom also has a Queen sized bed with matching bedroom furniture. This en-suite has a walk in shower room, toilet, built-in vanity unit and hairdryer. Cable TV

Our villa is maintained by an excellent local management on site company who are very efficient, friendly and offer 24 hour emergency support 7 days a week.
Highlands Reserve villas to rent only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Located just off HWY27 in Davenport, Highlands Reserve is a large golf course community and the ideal place to explore all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. As you enter the community, past the welcoming waterfall and drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd, you will see the clubhouse on your right, and see various golf holes on either side of the road. The community is split into seven subdivisions, some with golf names you will recognise including Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf on the community, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse, the course is ideal for golfers of all levels, with it’s wide open fairways, and only one lake on the tenth hole, but the undulating greens will test even the best of golfers. A neighbouring Publix supermarket, makes Highlands Reserve and ideal community for a self catering Orlando villa holiday.
