Living	The family room has a 37" LCD cable TV with access to over 90 channels complete with DVD and DVD's to watch, and two comfortable 2 and 3 seater sofas to sink into after a hard day out at the theme parks or at the golf course. Along side the sofas you will find a coffee table, side tables, ceiling fan lights and a telephone with free local calls and high speed Internet access.
Bedrooms	4 bedrooms, sleeps 8. The Master Bedroom over looks the swimming pool area and has a King sized bed with bedside cabinets, lamps, large dresser and mirror, with walk in wardrobe with ample hanging space for all your clothes. The Master Bedroom also has a 20" LCD cable TV with DVD and ceiling fan lights. There is also a radio alarm clock, hairdryer and built in safe for you to use. En-suite Bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. The Queen Bedroom has a Queen sized bed with bedside cabinets, lamps, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan lights and a 20" LCD cable TV. Also has a hairdryer for you to use. There are two further Twin Bedrooms that have built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and 20" LCD cable TV's and alarm clocks. The Family Bathroom has a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet.

Games Room	Plenty of fun can be had in our fabulous games room which will suit all ages, and includes a pool table, air hockey table and electronic darts board for all to enjoy. There is also a 20" LCD cable TV to keep everyone amused along with a table, 2 stools and a fan to keep you nice and cool. The games room is a great place to relax after a day at the parks or on the golf course. Games and books for younger children can also be found in the games room. Tennis rackets and balls are available for you to use on Highlands Reserve all weather tennis courts, just 5 minutes from our villa.
Pool	Come and chill out and enjoy our 24 ft x 12 ft fully meshed screened swimming pool which keeps out all the bugs but still allows you to top up your tan while relaxing. There is also a lanai and ceiling fan over the decking area if you need some shade or just to cool off. Along side the pool you will find 4 padded sun loungers, a patio table with 4 chairs, for that al-fresco dining, whilst also maybe even enjoying a night time swim in this perfect setting. The pool area is an excellent place for barbeque's and can be hired through our management company. For the safety of young children we have a safety fence available for you to use to protect children from the pool area when unaccompanied. There is also a selection of pool toys and a basket ball net in the pool for the kids or may be even the adults, we all have to be big kids from time to time! Pool heating is usually recommended between the months of October - April. Pool heating is available at an additional charge.

Located just off HWY27 in Davenport, Highlands Reserve is a large golf course community and the ideal place to explore all the attractions that Orlando has to offer.
