The villa is modern light and airy and is fitted with a burglar alarm and patio door/pool alarm - ideal for child safety. Suitable for disabled guests.

Highlands Reserve villas to rent only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Located just off HWY27 in Davenport, Highlands Reserve is a large golf course community and the ideal place to explore all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. As you enter the community, past the welcoming waterfall and drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd, you will see the clubhouse on your right, and see various golf holes on either side of the road. The community is split into seven subdivisions, some with golf names you will recognise including Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf on the community, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse, the course is ideal for golfers of all levels, with it’s wide open fairways, and only one lake on the tenth hole, but the undulating greens will test even the best of golfers. POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE £12 per night (recommended Oct-April)
Minimum stay - stays of less than 7 nights will be subject to a one off cleaning charge of £60.
BOOKING DETAILS:
20% non refundable deposit required upon booking with balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
A security deposit of £250 will be required 7 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within 28 days of your departure following checks by our management company. Full booking terms and conditions supplied at booking.
