Highlands Reserve 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Florida Villa

The entrance hall leads to the lovely lounge with it's vaulted ceiling, comfortably furnished with 3 seater settee and two 2 seater settees.  There is a large Plasma Cable television, DVDplayer, CD player, games, CD's, DVD's and a small library for your entertainment.

The kitchen has  full cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and is well equipped with quality pots and pans.

There is a breakfast nook to seat four in the kitchen.

The laundry room is located off the hall and contains washing machine, tumbler dryer, airer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. Separate towels for use by the pool are also stored here.

The dining area can be viewed from the kitchen and is adjacent to the lounge, tastefully furnished to seat 6 people.

Master bedroom is situated on the ground floor with views overlooking the pool to the golf course beyond.  It has been tastefully furnished with a king size suite and has a flat screen television and ceiling fan.  There is a walk in wardrobe and safe for guests added security.

On the upper floor there is a queen bedroom at the front of the villa, also with flat screen television,ceiling fan and walk in wardrobe.

There are two twin bedrooms all with televisions,ceiling fan and walk in wardrobes.  One situated at the front of the villa and one at the back overlooking the pool and the golf course.

All bed linen and towels are provided and of good quality.

The en-suite to the master bedroom is fitted with his and hers sinks, a large walk-in shower and toilet. A hairdryer is available. 

There is a full size family bathroom and shower close to the bedrooms on the upper floor. A hairdryer is available.

A toilet and hand basin is located on the ground floor just off the entrance hall.

The Games room is located in the garage with foosball, table tennis, darts, air hockey and pool table.This was refurbished recently to include a PS2 and game chairs.  It is also carpeted for extra comfort.

Stunning views of the golf course from the SW facing enlarged pool deck.  Shrubs either side of the pool net provide privacy from next door neighbours.

A four burner Gas BBQ is provided.

Patio doors from the lounge, alarmed for child safety, lead to the covered lanai where there is a table and 4 chairs and ceiling fan.  The large pool deck is SW facing and overlooks the golf course.  This can be an entertainment in itself!  A further 4 sun loungers,2 padded stools and a patio umbrella are provided for further relaxation.

There is a 4 burner gas bbq provided.

Highlands Reserve community facilities within a short walk of the villa include:

Communal swimming pool, tennis courts, play park, Championship Golf Course and Club House.

The garage is now used as a games room and has been refurbished in January 2011 with carpet, games chairs and the addition of a PS2 with various games.

High chair and other equipment can be hired if needed.
