Highgate at Legacy Park Luxury 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Florida Villa

The great room is the heart of the home and the main reason we bought this property. We have recently painted this rooms feature alcoves and we hope you like the effect - the high cathedral ceilings make this a wonderful spacious room .One of the sofas is a sofa bed for flexibility and can sleep 2 extra guests.The great room has direct access out to the lanai and pool area. Large flat screen Cable TV, DVD and i-pod dock We also have a library of books to read (maybe out by the pool) if you wish to take one home please leave one you have read behind.

A great size fully equipped kitchen - so you can cook all your meals if you want or serve up the great takeaways available. Oven, fridge (with ice maker) freezer, microwave, coofee maker , kettle, toaster and dishwasher plus all crockery , cutlery, glassware included. A breakfast bar with stools.

There is a breakfast nook for quick informal meals or if you want to push out the boat with our formal dining area  will be just the recipe for a memorable meal.

Master bedroom has king size bed walk in in closet and direct access to pool area

,2nd master has queen bed with closet .

2 twin rooms - one with light furniture and one with dark - both with lots of closet space.

All bedrooms have their own flat screen cable TV.

We have painted an accent walls behind the beds in the master rooms and updated many of  the linens- this includes the option of bedding in the twin rooms to suit every age. The youngsters can have Disney bedding but not all groups have young children so these are only put on the beds if specified.

Master bathroom has shower, bath tub and twin sinks. Separate toilet.

2nd  master bathroom has shower over bath and all other facilites.

Twin rooms share a "jack and jill" bathroom, thoughtfully divided to allow more poeple to get ready at the same time.

Full games room with pool table, fooseball, air hockey, basketball and darts. Bar table and stools for the spectators.

Our pool area has been extended out beyond the pool to provide one of the few pools that you can sit all the way round - great for keeping an eye on youngsters in the pool. Lots of seating and loungers, plus a table for dining. Electric barbeque. Pool safety fence and pool cover. Heating is an optional extra. Highgate Park has a open plan feel and wide spaces at the rear of the properties. We have planted around the screen to provide a colourful and interesting view. The planting was specially chosen to provide privacy whilst ensuring colour and interest throughout the year.The whole of the community is maintained by one of the premier landscaping companies who are also responsible for work at Disney World and we have a magnificent gated entrance with groundbreaking planting.

Our garage is now a games room but there is parking for two cars on the driveway.

Free wi-fi internet access - why not answer those emails out by the pool - or tell the family back home what a great time you are having.

We provide 2 pack and play cribs,  2 high chair and changing mat FREE of charge for your little ones. For the slightly older child we have a bed rail and door gate to stop them wandering at night. For the young and the young at heart we offer the option of Disney Princess or Toy Story bedding - please request at time of booking so the beds are made up ready for your arrival.

Our property is all on one level and has wide access doors and a walk in shower in the master bathroom - however we do not have any other special adaptations so it would depend on your degree of mobility as to whether our property is suitable- please feel free to contact us.
