Hampton Lakes, set among orange groves and gently rolling hills, is a development of luxurious homes with sparkling pools which create an atmosphere of relaxing peace and tranquility.


Located off Highway 27 approximately 2 miles south of the western end of Highway 192. 5 minutes from Interstate 4 (motorway) which gives easy access to both east and west coasts and all theme parks and attractions.
 

Living

The family room is light and airy with high vaulted ceilings and tiled floor.

This is a great room for socialising which overlooks and has access to the

pool/deck area via patio doors.

The room is furnished with leather sofas and chair with ottoman, occasional tables,

42" LCD TV with home theatre and surround sound complete with an iPod docking

station.


 
Kitchen

For your convenience there is a full sized washing machine and tumble drier, full size ironing board and steam iron - allowing you to cut down on the amount of clothes you bring leaving room in your cases for the wonderful bargains on offer in the shopping malls!

The tiled kitchen has a tiled floor, breakfast area, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee kettle, full size cooker and lots of gadgets beside - especially the essential corkscrew!

This extended area provides more than ample room for sunbathing or just chilling out beside out 30ft x 15ft upgraded pool with 6 seater Jacuzzi/spa and fibre optic colour changing light show.

The deck has a side lake view and is furnished with luxury padded loungers and chairs.

Lanai (covered porch) for welcome shade from the Florida sun.

Dine ‘al-fresco’ under the lanai with designer dining furniture and matching glider. Ceiling fan for added comfort.

There is a safety fence for the safety of children and non-swimmers which can be rolled back if not required.

We even provide pool towels!!
