As you enter this bright and spacious 5 bedroom villa, you initially walk into the open plan dining area which seats 6 comfortably. An archway leads you though into the kitchen, and then onto the family room has a double high ceiling and gives access onto the pool deck. The big comfy sofas in the family room are ideal for curling up after the parks and enjoying a movie with the family. |

On the ground floor, you have the two main master bedrooms, one to the rear of the villa, accessed from the family room. The second is to the front of the house. The main master bedroom overlooks the pool area, with a queen sized bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with full soak tub, walk in shower, and twin sinks. The second master has a queen sized bed, TV and ensuite shower room.
Upstairs you have a further three bedrooms and a main family bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen beds, the last bedroom has twin beds. |

The home has a well established mangement company in Orlando. In addition to ensuring the villa fully complies with Florida State licensing requirements for rented accommodation, they ensure the house is maintained in top condition and are on hand in the event you need assistance during your stay.
For your convenience, you are given a code to access the home, without having to drive to a key collection point or worry about contacting the management company if your travel arrangements are running behind schedule.

Lovely Villa !
Really enjoyed our holiday and the stay in your villa. Very clean, with all the facilities we needed. All five bedrooms good sizes with good en-suites. Great view of the lake from the pool area. Management very friendly and helpful when we needed some assistance.
