This luxurious 3 bed villa is situated at Hampton Lakes. One of the premier resort style communities. The villa is fully air conditioned with all you would expect of a vacation villa. Close to local shops and restaurants and within easy access routes to Disney (15 min's), Universal (25 min's),Sea World (25 min’s) & Tampa/Busch Gardens (50 min's), it is the ideal base for exploring the delights of Orlando and Florida.

Living

This villa has added advantage of two living areas giving you the opportunity to relax away from the large television and the children in the separate living room.

There are four sofas (one converts into a bedsettee), 50 inch TV with Cable, HI-FI and a Playstation 3.
Kitchen

Fully equipped with everything you will need and more. i.e. Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery. Double sink with waste disposal.

Utility room: Automatic washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Dining

A large table of ample size to seat all your family for that special meal that mum's just cooked (probably a Take-Away).
Bedrooms

3 bedrooms, sleeps 6.

The master bedroom contains a 32 inch flat screen television with DVD, large double bed, built in wardrobe (safe inside), a chest of drawers, access to master bathroom..

The second bedroom contains a 32inch Flat television, built in wardrobe, large double bed, chest of drawers and a light for illumination.  The third bedroom contains twin beds, 1 chest of drawers, small LCD television and a light for illumination.  Both the second and third bathroom share access to a bathroom.
Bathrooms

2 bathrooms, 1 en-suites.

The master bathroom has his and hers sinks, large bathtub, walk in shower, it is en-suite and it has pool access.  The second bathroom contains a bathtub with a shower over the top and 1 sink.  Both bathrooms have hairdryers.
Games Room

The games room has a pool table and a football table. There are fans for cooling down after a long day in the Florida sunshine.
Pool

There is a Large 26’ x 13’ heated (optional extra) west-facing pool and Jacuzzi with night lighting, large sunbathing area, fully screened with privacy fencing for your comfort, Patio furniture and sun lounges. Safety barrier provided to ensure, when in position, that young children cannot stray into the pool without parent’s knowledge. Our Management Company is on call to respond to emergencies and queries you may have.

If you wish to use a Jacuzzi in the summer months you will have to pay for pool heat.
