509 Grand Reserve Dr- Executive 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Villa

The Large FAMILY ROOM is fully equiped with all the LUXURY furnishings that you can need  for your pleasure & to relax in after your LONG DAYS at the theme parks. 
The lounge has a LARGE LCD flat panel TV and DVD, music centre and over 100 MULTI channel cable tv receiver, you will never be bored.

We have a second lounge and this is where if you need a peacful moment to read the book that youi promised yourself, do it here away from the TV iin the Family room.

The villa has a massive 20sq kitchen for you to prepare a full meal or just the lightest of snacks fully fitted with all the items that you need,
The kitchen is fuly fitted with dishwasher, microwave oven ,oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffeee maker, all cutlery & crockery that you need.

We also have a full utility room with washer/dryer and a large sink, plus iron & ironing board.

The dinning room is ready for you and will seat 6 around the table in comfort, maore can be seated with use of additional chairs from the breakfast area.

509 Master Suites
The villa has two MASTER SUITES with King size beds & lots of storage space. Tv/DVD combos are standard in the master suites.
The first master suite has a Large shower and seperate Roman bath + twin vanity unit wash basins.
There is a seperate wc also.
The second master suite has a large walk in shower + vanity units+ Wc.
Each bathroom has its own hair dryer so 4 in total in 509  

This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

509 has two master ensuite bathrooms and then a further 2 full bathrooms.
Bathroom 3 is situated between bedroom 3 & bedroom 4, then there is a POOLSIDE bathroom which is opposite bedoroom 5.

Each bathroom has its own hair dryer so 4 in total in 509

509's POOL is LARGER than most and is 32' x 16' and goes from 3' to 7' deep, there is also a large 6 person spa.

POOL HEATING IS available

509 has it's own LARGER than average pool 32x16 with a spa and is on a large pool deck, ideal for sun worshipers.
we have a table and chairs for that aldente lunch or snack
There are reclinning sun chairs ad foot stools.
There is a large BBQ for your use outside of the pool cage.

HI speed internet is available, just plug in your laptop and away you go

we have a Crib, high chair, bed side guards

509 Is all on 1 level and can accomodate persons with chair needs, PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO SEPERATE SHOWER THAT WILL ACCEPT A CHAIR USER.

We are sorry that we do not allow PETS in our villa.
