Four Corners Luxury 5 Bedroom 4 Bath Florida Villa

We have 3 sittingt/living areas. THe first is the formal lounge and dining room, consisting of 2 large sofas, side tables, dining table with 6chairs. This is the first room when entering the villa. it is very large and spacious, and being at the front of the house is also very quiet, ideal for a relaxing read or talk or just chilling out.

Our family room is very spacious and consists of a large and small sofa and chair, ceiling fan.We have a 52inch flatscreen HDTV. With  fully upgraded cable including premium sports and movies.THere is a dvd player/recorder, a stereo music system, and a substantial library of dvds.

The family room also extends to an informal dining area that sits 10, and extends to the ktichen.

Our kitchen is situated with the family room, meaning guests can socialise and watch tv whilst preparing food.  We have  upgraded oven and hob, Dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker, Microwave,toaster, kettle, blender, coffee maker, separate grill oven(great for toasting or pizzas). We have sufficient crockery and pans,ovenware, glasses, also plastic crockery for using outside, for about 20guests.

We have 2 dining areas, a formal table that has 6 chairs but can be extended. The family room has a dining table that seats 6 and 4 chairs at the breakfast bar.

Our first master bedroom is on the ground floor, it is a large, spacious room. we have a HUGE SUPERKING bed, with top of the range very comfortable pillow top mattress (essential after walking round parks for hours!). We also have a 32inch tv with dvd player, there is upgraded cable channels including movies.
A very large walk in wadrobe with safe, a recliner chair and side table and ensuite bathroom as below complete this very well decorated and comfortable room.

Our second master is another SUPERKING on the 1st floor with other bedrooms. again we have luxurious pillowtopped mattress for maximum comfort, 26inch tv ,dvd with upgraded cable channels, ceiling fan, large fitted wardrobe and ensuite shower room as below.

Our third bedroom is a QUEEN (UK KIng size), again with luxury, pillow topped mattress, 26inch upgraded cable tv with dvd player, walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom as below.

Our 4th room is a twin, this isour JUNGLE room , with jungle pics, a 4ft giraffe, and beautiful cuddly animals for our smaller guests. Also has 14inch tv and dvd, along with playstation and games.

The last bedroom is our SEASIDE ROOM with accessories to suit, toys for young guests, this is a very pretty sunny room, has 14inch tv and dvd player, fitted wardrobes.

ALL BEDROOMS HAVE HAIRDRYERS

The first bathroom is the downstairs master, there is a marble double vanity, bath (garden tub), walk in shower. and wc The room is tiled and decorated tastefully.

There is a half bath (WC) also on the ground floor.

Upstairs we have the remaining 3 bathrooms, The upstairs king room has a walk in shower, marble sink top and WC.

The third ensuite adjoins the quen bedroom, there is a large single vanity, wc and bath with overhead shower.

The final bathroom is next to the seaside room and has vanity unit, wc, bath and overhead shower.

Our games room is totally UNIQUE!!! IT IS on the first floor of the house, NOT in the garage as in nearly all vacation homes, with just a painted wall and floor and no air con! There is a ceiling fan and of course as it is part of the house it is fully airconditioned

THe facilites we have are, a Professional SLate bed Pool table, electronic full size hockey table, Football. We also have a plasma tv, with dvd, the XOX 360 is here also but can be used on any tv, along with a variety of games. (Also the wireless internet modum is here though computers can be used all over the house and pool deck)we also have a very comfortable corner sofa for spectators!!

We have a 30ft x 14ft pool with underwater lights, and an 8 seater spa that can be heated.,

We have extended our pool deck to make the most of the area. THere is plenty of room for our comfortable padded loungers and chairs, a dining table that sits 6, and room for the kids to play around!

We have a 30 x 14ft heatable pool and large spa.both of which can be heated and have underwater lighting. We landscaped outside around the pool and with effective lighting this provides a quiet and very private pool area,

We back onto a retention area so no homes directly behind us, our neighbors dont have pools so ours is totally private.

We have a double garage that can be used for your car if required, also a drive that fits 2vehicles.

We have high speed wireless internet that can be received all over the house and outside at the pool.

We have a travel cot/playpen, 2 stair gates, high chair, several strollers, baby monitor (useful when you want to relax by the pool whilst the baby naps, )

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa for ten nights , 8 of us shared the villa there was plenty of room for at least another family !!! Cupoards very well stocked from kitchen utensils ,towels ,bedding e.t.c . Each room is decorated beautifully ,and the pool and jacuzzi are to die for. I would recommend this villa to anyone .

We stayed at the 4 Corners villa at the end of August/beginning of Sept '10. The villa was easy to find, but we did have Sat Nav! Peter, was just up the road and on hand if you ever needed him. The villa is out of this world.The pool fabulous; the kids would have stayed in it for the 2-weeks if we'd allow them to. The atmosphere in the villa was peaceful, spacious relaxing and of a high spec; very much a home from home but with a 5* appeal. So much to do and that before you step outside the villa. The location is superb, not too near to the attractions and not too far either. The shopping around the area is fantastic. Our favourite eating place was Cracker Barrel which was just up the road. I would definately go again and I would certainly recommend it to friends and family. Diane - a big THANK YOU. We have some great memories to treasure forever.
