The Oasis at Formosa Gardens

The Family Room is huge and acts as the hub of the home. The centerpiece is a custom leather sofa with seating for 14 that curves around the room to create the perfect social environment for your time together. A 65" flat screen TV also allows you to enjoy a movie or your favourite TV programme together as a group. With double doors leading out to the pool deck and a stunning view of the waterfall outside you can enjoy your down time in pure comfort.

The Study offers the latest in technology with a 27" monitor screen, state of the art PC, multi function printer/scanner and lightening fast internet access to keep you connected whilst away from home. A brown leather sofa here offers a more intimate seating arrangement, entertainment can also be found in the form of another flat screen TV and your very own pinball machine (no quarters required)!

The Kitchen features state of the art stainless steel Jenn Air appliances throughout - Two ovens, a gas range top, microwave, fridge freezer, separate beverage fridge and a dishwasher as well as every pot, pan & utensil you might need to cook up your next culinary masterpiece ensure that even the keenest of chefs are well looked after. Granite worktops, contemporary oak cabinets & even a commercial style tap add to the feeling of luxury throughout.

The Dining Spaces on offer range from elegant to relaxed - A casual breakfast bar with lime green bar stools offer a sociable experience to keep in touch with the chef or grab a quick bite, the breakfast nook offers seating for 10 with a custom built granite table with stainless steel trim and leather chairs whilst the formal dining room raises the tone to full on glamour with seating for 12 across a huge table with brown leather chairs and a stunning contemporary crystal chandelier - Perfect for that special evening meal together as a group.

7 bedroom suites all featuring a private bathroom with corner tub and separate shower The Oasis offers each of its guests the chance to relax and enjoy a good night’s sleep - Quality mattresses & pillows, designer bed linens and contemporary styling make each suite a private sanctuary after a busy day out and about in Orlando. 5 of the bedroom suites feature a king sized bed and separate seating area complete with leather sofas with the remaining two bedrooms having Two Queen sized beds in each. The two double queen sized rooms are themed in Disney Princess Pink and Toy Story Blue for our younger guests. Each bedroom also has a walk in closet with personal safe for your convenience.

Each bathroom is individually styled with full height stone or ceramic tile, double contemporary wall hung vanities, deep soaking tubs and powerful rainfall shower heads. Luxury bath linens and hotel quality toiletries on offer ensure that your every need is catered for. Three of the bathrooms also feature waterproof TVs so you need not miss your favourite TV programme even when in the bath!

The Games Room offers additional seating for 6 with a contemporary red leather corner sofa and a 50" flat screen 3D TV with Wii, X Box 360 & PS3 consoles. The 8ft slate pool table and air hockey machine offer additional entertainment options. A touch screen arcade style console featuring over 200 games and puzzles (including a special kid’s selection) completes the line up.

The Swimming Pool is huge at over 50ft long by 22ft wide, with its freeform shape and resort styling it’s amongst the largest of pools available within a private holiday home in Orlando. A stunning waterfall feature, large sun shelf & the latest LED lighting create the perfect environment for you to enjoy your time in the water. A separate spa and kid’s splash pool add further options for our guests use.

Florida is nicknamed the sunshine state for good reason so at The Oasis we have created the ultimate outside space for your enjoyment. With a pool deck extending to 80ft in width you can be sure that there is plenty of space to enjoy the wonderful climate.

The Sun Deck is expansive, finished in a contemporary paver pattern it wraps around the entire pool and is furnished with 14 sun loungers. In addition a further sundeck located outside of the protective pool netting allows for the serious tanners in the group to soak up the rays at their leisure

The Summer Kitchen is fully equipped with the latest Viking appliances, a huge gas grill, two gas burners, two fridges, an ice maker, dishwasher and even an outdoor oven all clad in stainless steel - You may find you need not need to cater inside at all! With granite work surfaces, a full line up of small appliances and a further breakfast bar for casual al fresco dining The Oasis ensures that you can enjoy outdoor living as it was meant to be.

The Outside Lounge is the perfect spot to relax in the shade, with contemporary sofas seating 8 in comfort, a flat screen TV connected to our movie server and cooling ceiling fans mean you might find this to be your favourite spot of all - Relaxing by day or enjoying an evening drink by night.

Outside Dining is well catered for at The Oasis - In addition to the casual breakfast bar we provide dining space for 14 under the covered lanai. With espresso coloured all weather wicker tables and chairs and conveniently located next to the summer kitchen you have everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal as a group.

Having small children of our own we understand the stresses of ensuring that your villa choice is suitable for your little ones. From babies to toddlers to teenagers you can be sure at The Oasis that they are well catered for and you can be confident that everything you need for a stress free vacation is at hand.

For our youngest guests we have two full size cribs, two strollers, baby monitors, high chairs, baby bouncers, bottle sterilisers, stair gates & a range of ‘first toys’ available with our compliments.

Toddlers and younger children will love the Mickey's Diner playhouse complete with drive thru window and pretend kitchen located on the pool deck which provides hours of fun as well as a comprehensive range of soft toys and games suitable for their age (Lego, mega blocks, dolls, & action figures to name but a few) in our well stocked toy cupboard.

We are also more than happy to 'child proof' our home prior to your arrival by removing anything breakable at their reach, fitting electrical socket covers, installing stair gates and any other requests that you might have.

Of course the themed Disney Princess pink bedroom & Toy Story blue bedroom are usually a hit with our younger guests too but for teenagers or those that are just too cool for Characters in their room we also offer a 'character removal service' - We will de theme the room and replace the bedding and soft furnishings with more adult friendly decor by request prior to your arrival.
