Mulberry Park 2011
I do not normally wrrite reviews or 'tweet' nor am I on facebook, can't be bothered by all that.However I thought I must write a few words about our stay at Mulberry Park. Being our 15th time to Orlando and having stayed in numerous villas & hotels such as Grand Hyatt Cypress and Marriott I have to say this villa was the best so far. All rooms spotless, pool wonderful etc. Our family and friends who are all adults found plenty of space and the proximity to the Parks (yes we still go at our age) was excellemt!! The men played golf at Celebration course a couple of times which was excellent and the manager was a Scot so cheap rates for us. For something special orlando Balloon Rides was amazing but expensive for the 10 of us. Our group enjoyed Mulberry so much that after a week (all we had booked for) we sent our children (youngest 23) back home and the 4 parents extended our holiday by booking a cruise which was just as good as the villa we stayed in. Overall excellent and we will definitely return.

Florida's Best Villa
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday and all thanks to Christine & James for their beautiful home Mulberry Park and service second to none. On arrival we were truly amazed. WOW WOW WOW was our first inpression on arrival at this fabulous villa for two weeks. It ia luxurious but has a homely, friendly feel. The bedrooms are gorgeous and the beds sublime. The kids adored the themed rooms and found something different in the murals every day, hard to believe such talent. The home is beautifully furnished and very well equipped.The laundry is superb, everyone enjoyed the spacious games room and movie theatre. Two lounges with comfortable seating and the pool area fabulous. Nice views and a large but private garden.We felt very safe in the cul de sac with no passing traffic. It was a pull to leave the house to visit the theme parks but easy to come back for a meal and swim before returning. The management were very efficient with a small ac problem, a real credit to the owners. Good restaurants nearby, something for every taste and style, we shopped at Marketplace and Publix. A big thank you, we will be recommending Mulberry Park to all our friends.

A Great Holiday Home
I. along with my family, 15 in total stayed at the villa for two weeks in October, The family ranged in age from 7 to 83 and the villa was suited to everyone. We found the villa to be just as we expected from the description with the rooms clean and well presented. Whilst the weather was warm we still found the extra cost of getting the pool heated very well worth while. There were small things like the pool lights not working but the staff were so approachable and nothing seemed to be a trouble. From first contact with the owners chris & Jim, speaking to their son at the villa and the maintenance staff all were very helpful and the customer service excellent. I would certainly recommend the property to anyone. It is so close to all the amenities yet very peaceful. The local shops and restaurants have all you need and cater for most tastes. It is good to remember to leave at least the light at the front door on, ready for your return.

Superb Luxury Holiday Home
Hi me and my extended family, stayed at Mulberry Park in October 2010,A wide age range between the children from 4yrs-15yrs, what can i say absaloute spectacular home, what a place stunning, clean, more than comftable, and just want to be back there right now, the owners were more than helpful from start to finish, and answered all questions in great detail, and provided all the info requested, easy to get to from the airport, and a very secure safe gated estate.Maintained to a very high standard, even during our stay with pool checks and cleaned, and housekeeper to contact if any problems a real quality service. We loved everthing about this home, the pool what a great size, secludede and private, the kids adored there days together at the poolside, the older ones loved the cinema and pool table. It was lovely and close to all the parks, just the perfect alround holiday home could not fault, everything about it was aaaaaaa+ with quality customer service, caant wait to come back and will highly recommend a stay here, I no on our leaving they were updating and decorating, I honestly dont no how you could improve, All i can say is wonderful, and it made our stay complete to have such a place to return to daily, Thankyou very much.

Mulberry Park
My family and I have just returned from a 3 week stay at this fantastic villa. It really does have the WOW factor and is well suited to large parties like ours allowing everyone ample space in which to relax. Each of the 6 couples had their own en-suite luxury bedroom and with 5 children in our party the pool, children's themed bedrooms and the games room with cinema was a real hit. It is very close to all the Parks but it is in a beautifully maintained gated commumity so you feel you're a world away once you've left the bustle of the attractions. Everyone in our party loved the villa and would recommend it to anyone. The owners are wonderful and will answer any questions and very knowledgable about the area. So give them a call and book this villa. You'll love it
