"Sea Pearl Circle" is a lakefront villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a great games room. It is located in Formosa Garden Estates, which is one of the most attractive and closest developments to WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort.
The gated community of Formosa Garden Estates features executive class properties on spacious lots. It is perfectly located for visiting the attractions. Shops, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes away and WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort is about 5 minutes drive.
With a beautiful lake view, our large swimming pool and luxury hot tub is surrounded by a very large deck and covered lanai with reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for eating outside. Our villa has been furnished to a very high standard by an interior design company and is fully air conditioned throughout.
Both Master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms while the first Master also has a separate sitting area. One of the two twin bedrooms has been finished in a Disney theme. In the games room there is a pool table, fooseball and a big screen plasma TV. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and DVD players with movies as well as a Playstation 2 with games.
In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay.
Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.

Optional pool & spa heating is available for £105 per week. A 20% deposit is required on booking with the balance payment and a £200 security deposit due 6 weeks before your stay begins. Payments accepted by cheque, Paypal, Mastercard or Visa.

Superb!
We absolutely loved the villa, we couldn't have wished for a more child friendly home from home or a better location.
It was so hot whilst we were in Orlando that the kids could only manage being out for a few hours at a time and when they'd had enough of Disney we were home in ten minutes . I would most certainly stay there again and would definitely recommend it my friends and family.
The management company were also spot on. On our first day we noticed that the toaster had a handle missing and called the management company to let them know (more to let them know that we hadn't done it) and a new toaster was there within a couple of hours.
We were also grateful to Philip and Louise for allowing us to stay an extra few hours on our final day, it made all the difference as we didn't fly til 8.30pm and meant that we could relax until heading to the airport.
We had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed the villa so much. :-)

Home from Home
We had a wonderful time and felt like we were at home. The house was beautiful and the pool/hot tub was great!! It was very convenient to all the sites we chose to see!! We would definitely recommend this to anyone

Beautiful House
We were very happy with our stay at Sea Pearl Circle. The house was absolutely beautiful. The weather was nice and hot which made our time by the pool wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to see Disney fireworks from the pool deck. The management company do an exceptional job. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely try to rent from Philip during our next stay in Florida.
